“What a pleasant experience!! Rebecca was kind and able to work well with the critters at my home for an important weekend for me (the first since I had surgery, and the awesome relaxation that I was able to spare myself to stop professional burn-out). It was so appreciated!”

About: I’ve grown up with dogs my whole life, including having two of my own. I love dogs to the point I want to become a veterinarian. I would love the experience of getting to know dogs and their personalities Pet care fits into my routine on the days I’m available: Sunday through Tuesday and Fridays. On some days I get out of school at 12, so I’m free from 1–10, and on other days I get out at 2:10, so I’m free from 3–10. I also have a part-time job at a carwash, but I can plan around it to make sure I spend plenty of quality time with I make sure pets are safe, comfortable, and happy wherever they are. I follow the owners’ instructions for feeding, walking, and playtime, and I give lots of attention and love. I’ve cared for my own dog for over 10 years, including training and handling a dog with aggression, so I know how to manage different personalities and needs.
“Sandy is awesome! She’s very dependable and loves watching my fur babies. I have used her twice now and she will be the one I use going forward. So glad I found her :-)”

“Lydia was great. Wrigley was happy and playful when we came home from out trip. Lydia sent photos and really took great care of our girl! We will definitely use her again in the future”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my 10 years of hands-on experience caring for my own Chihuahua, a small, energetic little brown bean with a shiny coat. Through the years, I’ve developed a deep understanding of small dog care, from daily morning and evening walks to preparing soft meals tailored to her needs. I’m patient, attentive, and committed to providing pets with personalized care, whether it’s ensuring they get the right nutrition, sticking to their routine, or simply giving them plenty of love and attention. I understand that every pet has their own personality and needs, and I strive to make them feel safe and comfortable while their owners are away. I work hybrid from home, which allows me to provide attentive care for pets. I'm available for boarding, house sitting, and check-ins from Thursday to Sunday. Additionally, I offer check-ins and house sitting on Monday to Wednesday from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. I live in an apartment, but my complex is surrounded by beautiful trees and open space, perfect for walking and running around. There’s always something fun to do outside, whether it’s exploring nature or playing in safe, pet-friendly areas. Inside, I ensure a comfortable and secure environment, keeping toxic foods and hazardous items out of reach.
About: I have been around dogs and animals in general my entire life. I’m currently housing a year old German Shepard with a lot of energy! I’m an EMT looking for work in the month of May. Hoping to be hired onto Indy ems. I love walking so whether your dog prefers long or short walks I am happy either way! I have one dog, her name is Tasha, and I've had her for most of my life. I follow directions exactly as they are given and am observant to changes in behavior.
“Jenna has been an incredible asset to us and a new friend to our dog Winston. She was dependable and there to take care of Winston. His care and the ability to keep him out of a kennel is very important to us. Jena did a great job!”

About: I have taken care of all kinds of animals since I was 10!! I strive to provide a safe, loving, and stress-free experience for both pets and the owners. Whether it’s an energetic puppy who needs extra playtime and consistency, or a senior pet who requires a gentler pace and special attention, I’m happy to provide any care. I also believe in regular communication, so you’ll receive photos and updates while you’re away for added peace of mind. I’m currently working Monday- Thursday 7:40-3:15. I am available any time before 7:40 or anytime after 3:15! I am available all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday! I have one dog who is very friendly!! I would prefer me come to your house to watch your animals, but if needed they are always welcome at my house!
About: I have been a regular pet sitter for friends, family, and coworkers since I was a teenager. I have experience with large or small dogs, elderly dogs, cats, and pets that need medication or other accommodations. I have experience with dog-sitting for up to two weeks at a time. This has sometimes included, but is not limited to, administering medication, cleaning up messes inside and outside, walking, feeding, and bathing. Ensuring the safety, health, and happiness of each pet I take care of is my top priority and it is one of my favorite things to do in the world! I do not have the same schedule weekly, so I will constantly update my availability. I only know my availability up to 3 weeks in advance. Unless I have to work very early the next day, I am available for overnights at least 3 days a week (typically). I am unable to have pets at my house because I live with a family member’s dog that does not do well with other animals. Please give me any and all instructions! I will make sure to follow any routine that I can for your pet to be comfortable. I will provide as many updates/photos as requested.
About: I've taken care of animals since I was a kid. I've had cats, dogs, fish, and even a salamander. I love animals, and they love me. I have helped out friends with house sitting and caring for their fur babies for years. I currently work remotely from home. This allows me to finish my work on my schedule, which means I can usually be flexible around yours. I am also flexible on the length of care you need. I love getting to know pets and spending time with them on a regular basis, but I'll be happy to help out for that one time emergency, as well. I cannot provide care in my home, at this time. I have two dogs. My older dog is a rescue. She takes a very long time to become comfortable with new animals, so I don't want to stress her out with new visitors on a normal basis.
“Julie was great! Very communicative and attentive. She was great with my dog and was willing to drop in on short notice. I would definitely use her again when going on short trips.”

“Isabella was so thorough and professional. She checked in and out, sent us several pictures and a summary of each visit. I could tell from her comments that she loves pets and enjoys doing this service. I will use her again!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Amanda! Our kitty ended up having some health issues just prior to us needing to leave and Amanda was more than flexible and accommodating. It was Comforting to know our kitty was in such good hands while we were gone.”

About: I’ve had my own family dogs since childhood and have been around all of my friends pets in adulthood. I often help out my friends working in the office by checking on their pups or taking them on walks! I’m currently between 2 jobs and have about a month and a half off before beginning my new job as a pediatric speech therapist. I’m relatively flexible right now and thought joining Rover would be a great way to have company on the walks I’m already taking! Your dog’s safety, comfort, and happiness are always my top priorities. I provide reliable, attentive dog walking in a calm neighborhood setting, making sure every walk is both safe and enjoyable. I’m mindful of surroundings at all times—avoiding busy streets, monitoring other dogs, and adjusting each walk to your dog’s pace, energy level, and needs. Whether your pup prefers a relaxed stroll or a more active walk, I create a positive, low-stress environment where they feel secure and cared for. I also pay close attention to details like leash handling, hydration, weather conditions, and any specific instructions you provide.
