I often walk or run on my own anyway, so being able to do it with your dog would be even better. I also enjoy reading and drawing, and would happily do those in the company of your cat.

I will make sure they have fresh water and are fed on time. Even if I am just doing drop in visits, and if it is alright with you, I like to spend some time with the pets, either playing or petting, making sure they don’t feel too lonely.
Information Joa G. would like to know about your pet
It would be helpful for me to know your dog's size, breed, temperament, and anything else you feel is important beforehand (just so I know what to expect). I have no breed preferences- they're all beautiful.
A typical day
In addition to walking, I would love to run with your dog. If he/she likes it, we could go to the beach, or to a field for fetch with a frisbee or his/her favorite toy. There are many great trails in the Evanston/Skokie area (i.e. Skokie Lagoons) that would be great to explore.

Hello! I’m Joa! I’m 25, and I moved to Fishers this December. I have worked at Pet Supermarket, volunteered at a local veterinarian, and have worked at a dog groomer. I had a 12 year old pug since second grade, and after she passed, I helped my mom take care of a new pug puppy. Currently, my partner and I have a 9 year old tortie cat. I will do anything I can to keep a pup or kitty happy and healthy. If there is a specific time I could be helpful, please let me know. I am looking forward to working with you and your pet! Thank you! Scheduling note: I am typically unavailable before 2 pm.

Joa is awesome! He did such an incredible job taking care of Barky and making sure he got all of the details down. Barky’s (and our) comfort were Joa’s top priority. We greatly appreciate all he did and trust him to watch Barky again!
