There was a bad snowstorm while we were away so we had to cancel one day, but she was quick to update me on road conditions so we could find back up. We got tons of pictures and I know our pets were well loved while we were gone! She also kept me updated when my dog developed a sore paw. Hannah is amazing!!! I am always nervous leaving my fur babies with a new caretaker or kennel. I had to leave town very unexpectedly to care for my grandma who had fallen. I was in a real bind worrying about our dogs getting play time and being let outside for potty breaks for the 10 days I was gone while the hubby had long work days. Not only was Hannah very quick to respond but came the very next day to meet the family and dogs. She showed up every day on time and gave great feedback and pics of the pooches during each visit. She even brought them new toys and did a fabulous job of deep cleaning where one of the dogs got sick. She went above and beyond just coming over to let them out. I highly recommend her and will absolutely use her again.
