“Paola was a phenomenal! 10/10 recommend”

Kathy V.
“Kathy took care of our two doodles, and she was fabulous. Great communication, the dogs loved her, and she clearly loved them. She wore them out to the point that when we got home they fell asleep for hours. You can watch her with her own dog and know exactly how she will take care of yours. Highly recommend.”

Dara & Greg M.

“Due to a prolonged, progressive illness with poor prognosis and ongoing decline, my dog walker went over and above her general duties as a dog walker. Both she and her husband Greg did a marvelous job. Because of their help, love, devotion, dedication and compassion for animals, they made it possible for me to have Cookie in my home; however as my health further declines, Cookie will be returning to an animal behavior and training center to receive more intense and more specific training to address my special needs. My walkers on occasion changed their schedule to fit Cookie in along with their regular clients. When she was unable to walk Cookie at her scheduled time due to obligations that could not be helped, she would come early or late to make sure Cookie had her two daily walks as she is a very high energy dog. It is because of their help, love, generosity and dedication not only for Cookie, but for me as well. Because of their kindness and understanding of the importance of my having this dog , I was able to keep Cookie in the home”

Will D.
“Will is awesome with pets! He has helped us out numerous times when we were in a pinch. Walking, feeding, and playing with our dog when we were caught up at work. I highly recommend Will to help with any of your needs when it comes to your pets.”

Toni F.

“Toni is responsive and prompt, but most of all she treated Bo like he was her own dog.”

Nathan Z.
“Nathan was amazing! I have four very big dogs and he did an excellent job taking care of all of them and getting them enough exercise! I highly recommend Nathan to anyone who needs a dog sitter/walker!”

Kristen P.
“Kristen has been a wonderful caregiver for our dog Prada over the past several years. She cares for her like she's her own. She provides updates during her stay as needed and even offered to take her to the vet when Prada got sick during a recent stay. I can't say enough great things about Kristen. She's a trustworthy, responsible, loving human that will put you at ease when you are away from your furry family member.”

Stefanie W.

“Awesome! Would give 10 stars if possible. Stefanie came in clutch when I didn't have a walker. She sent me pictures of my happy pooch while I was working. Very easy to work with! Highly recommended!”

About: Rover I have three miniature dachshunds and a bully mix. They are up to date on vaccines and all spayed/neutered. They are all good with other dogs and love that they have new friends coming and going. I have three cats that hold their own with the dogs and coexist. I have baby gates that I can set up, permitting me to give animals alone time if necessary. If your pup uses a crate, I have a large dog crate and a small dog crate that I can set up. The back door has a dog door that they can use. I feed dog separately due to the tendency for dogs to play “musical bowls” as they eat. This keeps all the dogs eating their own food only. I am comfortable working with a variety of animals that need care. I worked in a horse barn for two years and have four years of barn hand experience. That being said, I offer livestock care as well. I have the occasional drop-in but I am home the majority of the time! Pet sitting/animal care is my full time job! This allows me to focus on the care without any distractions. My house is very pet friendly. All my rugs are washable. I have paper towels and puppy pads on deck. I have spare crates and lots of blankets and beds. I will occasionally have a doggy pool set up for play time. The dogs are separated when I have to leave the house or if I notice any dogs need a break from the other dogs. I will follow whatever feeding schedule they have at home. I also let them sleep as they would at home (such as in a crate, free roaming, limited to a room, etc.). When I leave the house I will follow the owners request as well (crate, free roam, limited to a room, etc.).

About: Pet care should be stress-free with the guarantee that your furry family member is getting the attention and activity they need. For 15 years I have taken on pet care opportunities that centered around the schedule and needs of the pups. We have a dog with epilepsy, so we know the importance of having pet sitters you can trust. My experience can be used to help pet owners feel at ease when they are away from their pets with various medical or senior needs. Looking to share my extra time with some pups during a transitional season in life! Caring for pets can take up most of my week if needed. My availability to stay overnight is limited to 1-2 nights at the moment due to my living situation. It is very important to establish trust with any animal I am walking or watching. I recommend spending at least 15min on a walk or in your home to get to know the way they move around the space or the neighborhood with new people. I am prepared to follow any training instructions you have set in place for your dog so they can continue the good habits while you’re away. Keeping things consistent and calm is important to me!

About: I recently moved to Indy and would love the chance to explore areas of my new city while being active with your precious companion. I have spent a lot of time around many animals: growing up with a dog, assisting multiple past roommates with their pets, enjoying time on farms, and volunteering at an animal shelter back home. All of these experiences have enriched my life and nourished my caring nature. My job prevents me from giving a pet of my own the time and attention they deserve and I am very excited at the prospect of pouring that love into your companion. I am available all mornings. I do have some other availability but it is inconsistent and can change week by week. I will treat your pet with the same care that I would my own. I will take your guidance and strive to provide a consistent environment to uphold your preferred behaviors and training.

Shannon V.
“I am very happy to write a great review for Shannon. Shannon arrives on time, is flexible with my schedule and possible changes, follows all of my detailed instructions and she is excellent with pets. Shannon focuses on your job and doesn't mix it with other job requests or personal time. She is very clean, organized and devoted to the pets who loved her. I have found her to be extremely trustworthy in my home and with my pets. For these reasons and many others I would give her a very excellent recommendation for all of your pet needs.”

About: I have owned and taken care of other’s pets all my life. I am 48 years old and have 3 cats and 1 dog currently. I have had many labs and larger dogs as well as small dogs over the years and love caring for all breeds and sizes. I take care of my neighbor’s dogs, bunny and cats when they go out of town. I work a full time job from home and have a lot of flexible hours to walk dogs during the day. I am available most weekends to come over and care for other pets, clean litter boxes and just spend time with your fur babies. I have a very large fenced in yard and a social dog that will play. I have 3 cats that have spent their entire life around dogs. I have 3 different sized dog crates if your dog is crate trained. My pets are allowed to sit and sleep on the furniture and beds in the house. My pets are like family members and pretty spoiled! I will treat your pets the same as I treat mine.

About: Hello! I have been dog/house sitting for friends for the past few years and have finally decided to join Rover! The fur babies I have taken care of include Aussies, chihuahuas, golden doodles, pit-bulls, poodles, Havanese and more! I have cared for both puppies and very elderly dogs in need of constant care due to medical reasons. I am available for dog-sitting in my home or yours! I currently work outside the home 7am-1pm, so I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups! I'm available for boarding on weekends as well and anytime during the week after 1:15pm. I have plenty of space in my home for your fur baby and have easy access to a dog park just a few minutes away. I can also easily crate your dog if needed.

Zoe T.

“Zoe was wonderful. On the pre walk visit she took good notes on my doggo and spent enough time to get her comfortable with her as well. Lots of pictures and a great synopsis of the visit itself as well! Will definitely use her in the future if needed.”

Melodie G.

“She is wonderful!”

Bridget A.
“Bridget has tended to our dogs for us on several occasions. She was prompt and let us know when she was coming and going from the house. She was very professional.”

Laine R.

“Laine was able to walk our dog last minute! Thankful for how she cares for our pup!”
