Relaxing dog sitter
Hi! I signed up for Rover because I love dogs and my daughter loves all animals and wants to be a vet when she grows up! My children are 4 and 6 and we are not ready to get a dog of our own but would love to spend time loving on others dogs until we are ready to make the leap ourself! I work from home and will be able to spend lots of time with your dog and my children will add in the playful side for some great exercise!

Janay was amazing with my Zoey, and was so kind to give frequent updates and pics/videos! I hate leaving my baby, but her obviously kind heart made it a little easier!
We always feel like we are leaving our fur baby with family. They take such good care of our little one and the pics we receive makes our baby look like she is right at home. It is such a rare find to find someone so loving AND affordable!!!
Janay and her family took such great care of our fur baby! I don't think she wanted to come home. I am so grateful we were able to relax on vacation knowing our baby was in good hands. Janey sent plenty of pics and remained in communication our whole stay
After visiting a few dog sitters that seemed to have living conditions that were only marginal for human habitation, or a yard full of other dogs we were referred to Janay as someone who may be able to take care of our dog with short notice under great conditions. Our dog (Jewell) is very shy and does not usually take to strangers very quickly. Mind you I said usually because Janay 's calm yet open and friendly demeanor, established an environment that Jewell seemed to be very comfortable right away. The true eye opener for me was when Janay offered a snack in which Jewell walked over to her and took it right out of her hand. This is something that Jewell never does as she will not eat anywhere else until she is on the brink of starvation. Leaving Jewell with Janay for three days and having her not beat me to the car trying to get home tells me that I have found the right sitter for Jewell and has given me the peace of mind that Jewell will be taken care of like she was staying with family. Thanks Janay, as your prices were extremely reasonable, with flexible hours, I have added you to my contacts and will/hope to be doing business again with you in the future.

I currently work from home and having young kids means we wake up early and have tons of flexibility for multiple walks and play time!

Typical pet care for us means lots of rubs and talking while enjoying some cuddles and walks. We like to relax and have some fun at the same time.

We have some pet toys to play fetch and run around with and then generally walking the neighborhood and sightseeing which includes people and dog watching lol.
