Scott took great care of my very anxious golden retriever! Scott was reliable and kept Meeko on his schedule. He text me about his visits and sent me pictures. He not only let him out, he played with him in the backyard and took him for a walk. He even got Meeko to eat his food, which never happens when I am away! Josie did a fantastic job watching our cat for a week! He unexpectedly had an ear infection right before we were gone and helped administer his ear medicine. We also got some furniture delivered in the rain and she was nice enough to bring it inside. 100% recommend!

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
