To gain experience, we will be a team for your pets! She has grown up with dogs (have 2 shihtzus & 2 aussiedoodles). Katarina was a great sitter! She had the dubious task of checking in on my fuzzies over the dreaded 4th of July holiday with all the fireworks. I have an old cat that needs medication and some extra cleanup care, a nervous young dog that needed a gentler approach to settle in and she did great with both. No one escaped the yard or the house and everyone was alive and happy when I got back. I got multiple photos while I was away (which my kiddo loved) along with a message about how they were doing. Katarina even brought in the packages that got dropped off in my absence! I love that my pets loved her so much and as quickly as they took a liking to her tells me she’s great at her job! Chris was great with our dogs. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
