About: Animals have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. As a child, I was always the one bringing home strays, and apparently, I never outgrew that animal-loving gene! My daughter and I used to enjoy caring for pets through Rover together when she was younger. Now that she’s off to college, I suddenly have a much quieter house and a lot more free time than I’m used to. I thought returning to Rover would be the perfect way to fill some of that empty-nest space with something I truly love: spending time with animals and giving them plenty of attention, affection, and care. I know how important it is to have someone trustworthy, dependable, and caring looking after your pet while you're away. My goal is to give you peace of mind knowing your pet is being treated with the same love and attention I would want for my own. I currently work from home, which gives me plenty of flexibility and time to spend with your pet. Whether they enjoy long walks, playing, relaxing together, or curling up for some extra snuggles, I'm happy to give them the companionship they need. About: I’ve grown up with dogs and have taken care of my own along with family and friend’s dogs. Able to work on training and take for regular walks. Currently working from home. Able to pay close attention to your pet and take on regular walks. Will ensure your pet has plenty of exercise and feels comfortable in our home. About: I love animals and am reliable, patient and attentive to their individual needs - whether they need a feeding schedule, long walks or short frequent walks, or just companionship and care. I grew up with both large and small dog breeds. I also have experience with cats and litter box cleanup. Weekends I can spend entire day with pet. During the week, I do have an in-office job so am available for drop in visits or walks before work, at lunch or after work. For in home stays, I can go home at lunch for feeding and to let your pet outside. I can care for your crated or uncrated pets, clean litter boxes, adhere to feeding/treat schedule and administer oral medications. During the week I am available for drop in visits or walks in the morning before work or in the evening after work. I am available anytime on weekends.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of every kind since I was 10 years old. We always have had 4 dogs in our house so I would walk them, bathe them, and feed them consistently. I have experience with small, medium, & big dogs. I, myself, have 4 dogs in my house. One Dachshund, one miniature Australian Shepard, one Pitbull, & one German Shepard Mix. I have dogs of my own so I am very flexible with incorporating dog care in my schedule. Give me an idea, and I can work off that. I have a fenced front and backyard. We have a doggy door as well. All my pups do as they please in our backyard, especially playing.

Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
