Hi there, I'm Lexus! I have been taking care of and watching animals since I was 13 and have loved every second! I always find a great way to bond with the animals to gain their trust (and their humans!). I’ve experienced sitting with dogs, cats, bunnies, guinea pigs, axolotls, and more!! I’m so excited to work with you and keep your loved ones happy while you are out of town! What sets me apart from other sitters is that I am very attentive to animals' behavior and body language. Meaning I give individualized care to each animal and meet them where they are. I have gained the trust of every shy and timid animal that I have watched. This is a common worry among us pet owners, but I have always achieved gaining the trust and being able to pet/play with these shy animals! I offer drop-in visits and as I work from home, my schedule is very flexible on when I can come to check on your animals. Ideally, I would like to schedule a meet and greet to meet you and your animals as well as become familiar with your home. During each visit, I can provide food and water, clean the litter box, play with your animals, and check the mail (whatever you need)! At the end of each visit, you receive a summary of the visit and LOTS of adorable pictures! Sometimes your animal tells me to pass some messages along to you too. Whether you travel regularly for work or need a sitter for your vacation, I’m your girl! I recommend at least 1 drop-in a day for cats. These can be 30 minutes or 1 hour. The number of visits is tailored to your needs, so I am happy to do more visits than my minimum recommendation. I have experience in providing special diets, inhalers, oral medications, eye drops, and ear medications. I do not have experience with injections, but I would be more than happy to learn. Lexus was absolutely fantastic with our cats! She kept our social cat entertained during her visits and engaged as much as possible with our shy cat too. She sent us lots of photos, so we felt better knowing our cats were happy while we were away! It’s great coming back to full food bowls, clean water bowls and clean litter boxes after a weekend away. We’ll definitely rebook next time we go out of town. Thank you, Lexus!!!
Lexus was a great cat sitter for the week! She really went above and beyond even when we changed plans last minute. She did a great job taking care of our cats and left very thorough notes every visit. We would recommend her to anyone!
This was our first time using Rover and Lexus was so great to work with. Great communication skills, and very nice! I loved that she did a meet and greet visit first. She was so sweet to our shy little cat Tiny but was able to win her trust and get some belly rubs in! I loved the detailed review of her visits and the pictures. 10/10 would recommend. Gave me such peace of mind!

As pet owners, it’s never easy to leave your pets in the hands of someone else, but Lexus put our minds at ease. She was very patient and loving with our two shy boys and very respectful to our home while we were away! Lexus sent many photos as well, which is always appreciated when missing your fur children. 🥹 We feel very confident in her abilities and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter!
