“Stephanie kept our two dogs last week and she was phenomenal! I took the dogs over for a meet & greet a few weeks ahead of time. This was helpful for her, my dogs, and it gave me peace of mind, too. One of my dogs was bitten by a coyote the morning I was to drop off. The bite was superficial so I treated it and then Stephanie took great care of Jake—even giving him a Tshirt to wear to keep the other dogs from licking his wound. We did run into trouble with our alpha dog, Obi. He did not mesh well with Stephanie’s alpha dog. Luckily, I had no problem getting Obi into another situation so that all of our dogs were comfortable. Stephanie did a great job of communicating with me, sending pictures throughout the week, and entertaining the dogs with an Easter egg hunt, outdoor time, and treats. Highly recommend!”

About: I’ve been around animals my entire life and have plenty of hands-on experience caring for both cats and dogs of different ages, sizes, personalities, and needs. Growing up, my family had a Black Lab and a Maltese, so I became comfortable caring for dogs ranging from small breeds to larger, energetic dogs from a young age. I currently have two cats of my own—Smalls, my 3-month-old short-haired black kitten, and Boomer, my 6-year-old big, fluffy long-haired cat. I also have a 7-year-old Alaskan Malamute, so I’m very comfortable around large breeds. He had ACL surgery within the past year, which also gave me experience caring for a dog who needed extra attention and patience during recovery. About: Growing up my family always had at least 3 dogs at any given time. I am use to large and small dogs, males and females. When I was first out of college I worked at a doggie daycare/ boarding boutique. I was responsible for the well being of 5-10 large and 5-10 small dogs at any given time. I really enjoyed being able to play and run around with all of the animals. I have one border collie mix female dog (1.5 years). A typical day consists of walking around the neighborhood, going to the dog park in my complex, heading to tigerlake or the beach and then enjoying some snuggle time on the couch. I look forward to adding other dogs to our pack. :)

The bite was superficial so I treated it and then Stephanie took great care of Jake—even giving him a Tshirt to wear to keep the other dogs from licking his wound. We did run into trouble with our alpha dog, Obi. He did not mesh well with Stephanie’s alpha dog. Luckily, I had no problem getting Obi into another situation so that all of our dogs were comfortable. Stephanie did a great job of communicating with me, sending pictures throughout the week, and entertaining the dogs with an Easter egg hunt, outdoor time, and treats. Highly recommend!”
