About: I’ve had cats and dogs my whole life. Since high school, I’ve often pet sat for family and friends. Now that I’m in college, I frequently dog sit for family friends as well as my roommates cats! I am currently on break from college, so my schedule is very open and flexible right now. There aren’t many times of day that I will be unavailable! All animals need love, care, and attention! Whether this is through a walk or just playing at home, your pets will be my first priority!

About: Exceptional Dog Watcher, offering love, care and personalized attention. Ensuring tails, wag and pups thrive with a joy filled experience. Fun and snuggles for all pups. Our daughter (age 21) also helps by handling all dogs that are not staying in our home but when a house sitter or dog walker is needed. I am a work from home empty Nester. I leave the house very little sometimes on the weekend to go grocery shopping but pretty much spend 24 seven home. I’ve got plenty of space, time and attention for your pups. We’ve got comfy pet beds in every room so that your pup can decide where they want to hang out. If you’ve got a snuggly pup, then we are more than happy to snuggle too. We’ve got water bowls, snacks, toys and food bowls. Bring along anything special your pup would like. We also have a fully gated backyard for the summers for your pup to run free. Walks in the morning, afternoon and evening’s. And plenty of playtime and snuggles for all.

About: Hi! I’m Sarah — a lifelong dog lover and mom to three great pups. I work from home, so I’m available throughout the day for walks, playtime, feeding, cuddles, and updates — whatever your pet needs to feel happy and safe. I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes and personalities, and I pride myself on clear communication, consistency, and creating a stress-free experience for pets and pet parents alike. Whether it’s a quick walk, drop-in visit, or overnight stay, I treat your pets like family and make sure they’re comfortable and loved while you’re away. I work from home, which allows me to easily integrate pet care into my daily routine. I’m available throughout the day and night for walks, feeding, playtime, potty breaks, and check-ins, and I plan my schedule around the pets I’m caring for to ensure they get consistent attention, supervision, and care. Safety and comfort are my top priorities when caring for pets. I follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, walks, medications if needed, and any special instructions. I ensure doors, gates, and leashes are always secure, maintain a calm and clean environment, and provide plenty of attention and supervision. In a client’s home, I respect their space and keep pets comfortable by sticking to familiar routines. I communicate regularly with updates and photos so pet parents always feel confident and at ease.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a child. I love dogs and cats alike. I don’t prefer one to the other and have two cats and a dog of my own. I’m just patient with animals and experienced in following the directions of parents. I like your animals to feel their routine is the same as when their owner is home. I am currently working part time from home, so I have a lot of flexibility with my days to come and take care of animals. We have had dogs stay in our home with us. Our animals are extremely accepting of other dogs and we love to host them. I also have no problem providing care in the owners home. I’m here to meet your preference.

About: I absolutely love animals, which I think is the most important quality for a pet sitter! As a semi-retired professor, I want to focus on the things I enjoy most, writing and helping animals. I have a long history of caring for my own animals, as well as volunteering at a pet rescue. Although I am new to the Rover site, I have worked as a pet sitter previously. I would love to care for your small dogs, cats, fish, and/or birds! In addition to feeding, walking, collecting/disposing dog poo poos, cleaning litter, and playing with animals, I can groom dogs and cats, if their fur is not matted deeply. I mostly teach college students online, but sometimes onsite. So, this makes my schedule pretty flexible. I travel approximately three times a year, but most of the time I am home. I can pet sit on most holidays, except Christmas Day and Easter. Through my years taking care of my own pets, I have shown sincere affection and played with them every day. I am also very responsible when it comes to daily feeding, providing fresh water, cleaning litter boxes, or giving dogs walks so they can get exercise and do their business for my own pets, as well as pets I am taking care of. I also groom my pets once a week. Sometimes I take my cats for stroller rides or take the dogs for car rides.

Alexis is amazing!!! She was wonderful with my 3 small dogs. I had originally had someone scheduled to stay with my dogs but that sitter canceled on me 2 days prior to my trip. Alexis agreed to drop in visits for us. With my little pups I needed someone every 3-4 hours and she was willing which is a big ask, that is a lot of time out of her day and family time especially around the Holidays. I am so grateful to have found her. My dogs were happy and well taken care of. I will definitely be scheduling with Alexis again.

About: Hi! I’ve grown up with dogs and currently have two of my own who I’ve cared for since they were puppies. I also have experience helping friends by walking and sitting for their dogs, so I understand how important it is to have someone reliable who treats pets like family. Whether it’s going for a walk, playing fetch, or just giving belly rubs and company, I’ll make sure your pup feels safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet in someone else’s care, and I’ll always treat your dog the same way I do my own — with patience, kindness, and plenty of attention. I already build my days around caring for my two dogs, so adding pet sitting and walks fits naturally into my routine. Every morning and evening, I take them out for walks, playtime, and meals, and I love spending time outdoors with them. I also have flexibility in my schedule to stop in for drop-in visits, go on longer walks, or provide extra attention when pets need it. Because caring for animals is already part of my daily life, it’s easy for me to extend that same care to your pets. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I believe in following their established routines as closely as possible — feeding schedules, walks, medications, and favorite playtime activities. I know how important it is for pets to feel secure in their own space, so I would make sure they’re not only cared for but also feel loved and relaxed until their family returns.

About: I’ve dog sat and taken care of cats and even guinea pigs before! I’m about to start school to be a veterinary technician as well. I love to read about all different kinds of animals and learn about their needs. I start my schooling in about a month! I’ve dog walked and pet sat before, so I’m fairly confident in my ability to do it again. I’m available every day for now, with a 3 days notice of when I’m needed as a necessity. I don’t currently have a dog of my own, although I used to. I have my cat Juniper and my two guinea pigs Brennen and Dale! I love to take my cat outside sometimes for her own enrichment. Of course she takes flea and tick prevention and is harnessed and leashed while always being supervised! I am very strict when it comes to my pets happiness and wellbeing.

About: I have had dogs my whole life. They have always been a true member of the family! I have had multiple puppies to train and it always amazes me how similar to toddlers they are. I love to walk dogs and play with them. I’m equally as excited to lounge on the couch with them. I have a 2yr old girl that LOVES having another dog around to play with! I work from home! I’m a hairstylist with a salon in my front room! It is ideal! Dogs can go in and out and get plenty of attention. I use a fenced in yard and go on multiple walks per day I have a fenced in yard and a friendly dog friend! I’m happy to give medicine if need be! I believe patience is important as it is overwhelming sometimes to be in a new environment for the dogs.

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. As a mom to three of my own, I know doggos are a part of the family. I specialize with large dogs and bully breeds, but I've never met a dog I didn't instantly love! I can do walks, playtime, drop ins, house sitting, cuddles, feeding routines, administering basic medications, or simply keeping your dog company while you're away. I would make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I'll care for your dog(s) as if they were my own and keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages for peace of mind. Caring for my dogs isn't something I squeeze into my schedule, it's already a part of my everyday life. With full availability and my house already centered around my own dogs, I have the time and flexibility to provide attentive care, regular exercise, playtime, and lots of cuddles. I have a full open flexible schedule. As a dog mom myself, I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. They'll get plenty of attention, belly rubs, playtime, and love. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for every step of the way.

A Calm, Trusted Presence: My mature, stable approach means your dogs—and your home—are in safe hands. I specialize in reading canine body language, keeping environments calm for anxious pups, and maintaining your exact household rules.
