About: I truly love dogs and have been around them my whole life. From training my dog when she was a puppy, to caring for her as she got older. I truly am familiar with all sides of dogs! Right now, I am living away from home, so I am not caring for pets currently. However, at home I would regularly feed our dog, take her for walks, and do whatever other tasks were needed. I always put the dog first. I will never put them in an environment that is dangerous or will induce any stress for them. Additionally, I want them to be as happy as possible and will do whatever is needed for that as well.

About: Exceptional Dog Watcher, offering love, care and personalized attention. Ensuring tails, wag and pups thrive with a joy filled experience. Fun and snuggles for all pups. Our daughter (age 21) also helps by handling all dogs that are not staying in our home but when a house sitter or dog walker is needed. I am a work from home empty Nester. I leave the house very little sometimes on the weekend to go grocery shopping but pretty much spend 24 seven home. I’ve got plenty of space, time and attention for your pups. We’ve got comfy pet beds in every room so that your pup can decide where they want to hang out. If you’ve got a snuggly pup, then we are more than happy to snuggle too. We’ve got water bowls, snacks, toys and food bowls. Bring along anything special your pup would like. We also have a fully gated backyard for the summers for your pup to run free. Walks in the morning, afternoon and evening’s. And plenty of playtime and snuggles for all.

About: Dogs have always been a huge part of my life. As a mom to three of my own, I know doggos are a part of the family. I specialize with large dogs and bully breeds, but I've never met a dog I didn't instantly love! I can do walks, playtime, drop ins, house sitting, cuddles, feeding routines, administering basic medications, or simply keeping your dog company while you're away. I would make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I'll care for your dog(s) as if they were my own and keep you updated with plenty of photos and messages for peace of mind. Caring for my dogs isn't something I squeeze into my schedule, it's already a part of my everyday life. With full availability and my house already centered around my own dogs, I have the time and flexibility to provide attentive care, regular exercise, playtime, and lots of cuddles. I have a full open flexible schedule. As a dog mom myself, I know how much trust it takes to leave your pet with someone else. They'll get plenty of attention, belly rubs, playtime, and love. My goal is for both you and your pet to feel comfortable, relaxed, and cared for every step of the way.

Meghan was amazing! She was a great communicator and very professional. Our cat who usually hides the whole time we leave actually came out for her almost every time and let her pet her bc (very unusual for our cat). Meghan was always on time and even helped bring in packages that were outside. She was respectful, clean, and attentive. I strongly recommend!!

About: As the owner of a friendly Golden Retriever, I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust with your furry family member. I love being outdoors and enjoy long walks, playtime, and making sure dogs get the exercise and attention they need. I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to accommodate a variety of pet care needs and provide dependable service. As a creative professional and local resident, I enjoy building connections within the community and getting to know both pets and their owners. Whether your dog needs a walk, companionship while you're away, or extra attention and care, I would love the opportunity to meet you and your furry friend! 🐾 Pet care fits naturally into my daily routine because I already have a Golden Retriever who keeps me on my toes! My days are filled with walks, playtime, belly rubs, and the occasional game of fetch. Since I work from home, I'm able to give pets plenty of attention throughout the day rather than leaving them alone for long periods. Whether it's an early morning walk, a midday potty break, or an evening adventure around the neighborhood, caring for pets is something I genuinely enjoy. Adding another furry friend to the mix just means more wagging tails, more happy walks, and more fun in my week! 🐾😊 I recognize the importance of finding a trustworthy person to care for your pet, because they are truly part of the family. As a lifelong dog owner with over 15 years of customer service experience, I understand the value of reliability, communication, and providing exceptional care. As the proud owner of a Golden Retriever, I have hands-on experience caring for dogs and understand their unique needs. Since I work from home, I have a flexible schedule that allows me to provide attentive care, regular walks, playtime, and companionship throughout the day. I believe in keeping pet parents informed and giving them peace of mind, so I am happy to provide regular updates and photos while you're away. I would love the opportunity to meet you and your pet and provide a safe, caring, and fun experience for your furry family member!

About: Hi! I’m a stay-at-home mom offering full-time, one-on-one care for your dog in a calm, loving home. I only board one family’s pet at a time, ensuring a peaceful, low-stress environment with truly individualized attention, no overcrowding, no chaos. Because I’m home all day, your pup will never be left alone or feel lonely. I provide constant supervision, affection, and care tailored to your dog’s personality, whether that’s playtime, cuddles, structured routines, or a quiet place to relax. We also have a large, fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play and access to nearby walking trails for exercise and enrichment, so your dog can stay active while still being in a secure environment. I’ve had dogs my entire life and understand how deeply they’re loved as family. I also hold a degree in Psychology from Florida State University, which gives me a strong understanding of behavior, emotional needs, and patience—helping me create a calm, reassuring environment for every dog. We recently said goodbye to our sweet dog who lived nearly 18 wonderful years. While we aren’t ready to welcome another of our own just yet, we have so much love to give. Caring for other dogs feels like a meaningful way to honor him while giving pet parents peace of mind that their dog is safe, happy, and truly cared for. I am home full-time as a stay-at-home mom, which allows me to provide consistent supervision and companionship throughout the day. I am available for boarding and daycare most weekdays and weekends with flexible drop-off and pick-up times. Because I only accept one family’s pet at a time, early booking is encouraged. Your dog’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I only care for one family’s pet at a time, which allows me to give your dog my full attention in a calm, low-stress environment. As a stay-at-home mom, I’m home full-time, so your pet will have consistent supervision and companionship throughout the day. I follow your dog’s routine closely, including feeding schedules, potty breaks, exercise, and any special care instructions. We have a large, fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor play. For dogs who enjoy walks, we also have a quiet neighborhood trail nearby, and I’m happy to include them in my regular 3-mile walks if appropriate. My goal is simple: to provide a safe, loving home where your dog feels comfortable, secure, and cared for while you’re away.

About: I absolutely love animals, which I think is the most important quality for a pet sitter! As a semi-retired professor, I want to focus on the things I enjoy most, writing and helping animals. I have a long history of caring for my own animals, as well as volunteering at a pet rescue. Although I am new to the Rover site, I have worked as a pet sitter previously. I would love to care for your small dogs, cats, fish, and/or birds! In addition to feeding, walking, collecting/disposing dog poo poos, cleaning litter, and playing with animals, I can groom dogs and cats, if their fur is not matted deeply. I mostly teach college students online, but sometimes onsite. So, this makes my schedule pretty flexible. I travel approximately three times a year, but most of the time I am home. I can pet sit on most holidays, except Christmas Day and Easter. Through my years taking care of my own pets, I have shown sincere affection and played with them every day. I am also very responsible when it comes to daily feeding, providing fresh water, cleaning litter boxes, or giving dogs walks so they can get exercise and do their business for my own pets, as well as pets I am taking care of. I also groom my pets once a week. Sometimes I take my cats for stroller rides or take the dogs for car rides.

About: I have had a dog all my life and I love animals. Of all kinds!! Since I have had a dog all my life I know how to take care of dogs and I have also been volunteering at my local humane society at home for about 6 years. I have also worked in a vet clinic for 3 years. So I have experience with giving medication of any kind, I can also trim nails, clean ears, give them baths, etc. I also love to give dogs walks. I care for animals so much. I love to spoil animals because I feel like they deserve so much more love than they get. And that they are just too good for us, and that’s why I love them so much. Monday- Wednesday I work 8-5, Thursday I work 8:30-5:30, Friday I work 8:30-1 but every 4th Friday I work 1-5:30 and I am off Saturday and Sundays so I will be more than happy to work around your schedule. But I will be more than happy to go over before and after work. I will play outside or inside with you pet. I can easily crate them as well if you crate your animals when you are away. I can take them to a dog park near by as well if you like. At home with my pets I play with them with their toys, give them treats, have them run in my backyard and I give them lots of pets.

Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Noblesville choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

While Rover doesn’t offer traditional subscription services, some sitters offer recurring bookings for services like home visits and dog walking. Recurring services come with their own perks, such as flexibility to modify services (up to five weeks in advance), automatic billing, Rover Card updates, and same-day cancellations.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
