She was so accommodating and even managed to get us a partial refund when our son decided to pick the pups up a couple days early due to inclement weather. Kathryn did such an amazing job with our 2 dogs while we were on vacation. We didn’t have to worry about a thing while we were gone. Kathryn updates us daily with pictures and videos of our pups playing with her dogs, so we had peace of mind that they were having a good time. It was a huge benefit that she offered pick-up and drop-off and was even flexible and doing each at different locations to accommodate us. We will definitely be booking a stay for our pups with Kathryn again in the future!
Wonderful dog sitter. Our dog Nash spent 13 days with Ellie and her family. He was very well cared for. Ellie sent updates and photos throughout the stay. He takes several medications and she has experience with older dogs. I can relax on vacation knowing he is in good hands.
Kim is such a gem. She and her husband Steve take such good care of our pups while we’re away. Having had experience with aging dogs, they are so patient with our two 13 year old Havanese. She even slept with them on the couch so they felt safe and cozy. Couldn’t ask for a more caring family. I love that she only takes one client at a time. Highly recommend Kim and her husband Steve.
Viral and his wife are amazing people! They watched my little spazball on short notice, agreed to a meet and greet on even shorter notice, and kept the pictures and videos coming with regular updates on her playtime and potty breaks. They’re friendly, approachable, and you can tell they’re very caring. Thanks again, you two; I’m sure Penny will come to see you again soon.
Taylor was great with our Rosie (golden doodle). Rosie took to her right away during their intro meeting. Taylor communicated with us through out Rosie’s stay, giving us updates and sharing pictures. Will reach out to her again the next time we need to leave Rosie behind.
