“Sam and Rachel took GREAT care of our 4 month old cockapoo while we left for vacation for a week this summer. It was the dogs first time away from us! They sent us pictures often and gave us updates. They also walked him often. We felt so good about leaving him because he was going to a kind and loving family. He was a clean and a happy pup when we picked him up. So grateful to have found them. We recommend and plan to use their services again. ☺️”

“Yelena was very good with my dog, my dog has some special needs with her medicine. She sent me some pictures and video that are keepers, showing me how well the pets were getting along.. I will be a repeat customer, thank you for taking such great care ❤ of Siya.”

“We left our Max for about 30 days with Marietta. She was great, Max seemed happy and well taken care of. He was no crated and was free to run in and out of the house. She has big and nice backyard. Marietta was very accommodating to him. She allowed him to rest in her bed.”

“Kristan was absolutely wonderful! She provided updates and my dog Harris loved hanging out in her fenced in back yard! I would highly recommend Kristan and will be using her again for my future pet sitting needs!”
About: I have had dogs and cats for years. My friends say the animals I adopt have won the lottery. I feel quite the opposite. I am good with cats, puppies, and senior dogs. Comfortable giving meds and shots. I work part-time during the school year and home all summer and during the holidays. I am flexible during the day and evening for your pet needs I am very dependable, patient, kind and trustworthy. I have had many animals and take exceptional care of any/all animals that have been in my home.
“Milo loved staying with Adrienne. She is very attentive, playing with Milo and going on many walks. My fur baby was well cared for and I will look to book with her again.”

“Diana and Kevin were great!! This was the first time leaving our puppy Mabel so I was a little nervous but there was no reason to be. Diana took Mabel on walks and sent many updates. She replied to my messages quickly and was very responsive. We already have them booked for a future weekend getaway. Highly recommend!”

“Stephanie and her family made Porter feel like a family member and gave us frequent and fun updates! Stephanie’s dogs and our pup got along and enjoyed playing with one another, putting my mind at ease for him to get enough activity and stimulation while we were gone. From coordinating a meet and greet to communicating how Porter was doing through the stay, I felt confident in her care for our pup. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone needing a sitter for their beloved fur family member!”

“Yaima was wonderfully taking care of our pups. They were so happy and worn out from such a fun weekend with her family. She was very responsive and flexible. Hey dog Stella is a sweetheart and made for such a good companion to our boys. Definitely using her in the future!”

“When we picked up Shadow from her stay, she came back to us exactly how we left her—happy, healthy, and full of energy. All her needs were taken care of, from mealtime and naps to plenty of playtime in the backyard, which made us feel really at ease knowing she was so well looked after.”

“Christopher was very accommodating to our last minute booking request. When we arrived to drop off our dogs, he took the time to show us around the house which gave us peace of mind about where our pups were staying. Very friendly and professional and we felt our pups were in great hands. Highly recommend!”

“We have an old dog and we were reluctant to go on vacation. We learned about Veronika and left our dog with her for 8 days. She took such great care of Gus and sent us a daily update with pictures. He looked so happy and you could tell he was being cared for so well and with such love. Knowing Gus was there and being care for so well relived our anxiety and allowed us to enjoy our time away. I would highly recommend Veronika and will definitely take Gus to stay with her again.”
“Jacklyn took amazing care of our dog Mac! She provided thorough updates and pictures. He was clearly well taken care of while we were gone and we would definitely use her for future needs!”

Pet parents share their Rover experiences - Noblesville
Boarded our lab puppy with Jody for several days and our experience was great! We had to extend our stay also after some unexpected changes in our schedule, and he was super accommodating. We got pictures and updates and Murphy got walks etc. It was incredibly hot also during Murphy’s stay, and Jody sent messages updating us that the dogs were in the AC etc.! Would definitely book here again!

Jeff and his wife were very good with our Goldendoodle. She was quite content at there home for 2 weeks while we were away. We were a bit anxious because this was a new sitter for her. Normally our son cares for her. She seemed to do great and got along well with their dog, Copper. We received updates and pictures via text several times and that was great. Thanks for caring for our fur-baby!

Wonderful dog sitter. Our dog Nash spent 13 days with Ellie and her family. He was very well cared for. Ellie sent updates and photos throughout the stay. He takes several medications and she has experience with older dogs. I can relax on vacation knowing he is in good hands.

Kim is such a gem. She and her husband Steve take such good care of our pups while we’re away. Having had experience with aging dogs, they are so patient with our two 13 year old Havanese. She even slept with them on the couch so they felt safe and cozy. Couldn’t ask for a more caring family. I love that she only takes one client at a time. Highly recommend Kim and her husband Steve.

Taylor was great with our Rosie (golden doodle). Rosie took to her right away during their intro meeting. Taylor communicated with us through out Rosie’s stay, giving us updates and sharing pictures. Will reach out to her again the next time we need to leave Rosie behind.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in IN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
