About: Hi! I’m Sailesh, a lifelong dog lover who grew up with two German Shepherds and now share my home with Theo, my Beagle, and Atlas, my Mini Goldendoodle puppy. Caring for dogs has always been a big part of my life. From large breeds to puppies, I understand the importance of patience, consistency, exercise, and creating a safe environment where dogs feel comfortable and loved. I work mostly from home, allowing me to provide frequent potty breaks, playtime, walks, and plenty of attention throughout the day. My home has a fenced yard for supervised outdoor play, and I can accommodate your dog’s regular feeding, sleeping, and exercise routine. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dog with someone else, so I treat every dog like family and provide regular photo and video updates during their stay. My goal is simple: to make your dog feel safe, happy, and at home while you’re away. Pet care is already a natural part of my daily routine since I have two dogs of my own, Theo (Beagle) and Atlas (Mini Goldendoodle puppy). I work from home, which allows me to be present throughout the day for frequent potty breaks, feeding, short walks, and playtime. My mornings usually start early with feeding and a quick walk, and I continue to check in with the dogs during breaks between work. In my home, pets are treated like part of the family in a calm, safe, and structured environment. I currently have two friendly dogs of my own, so I am used to maintaining routines and managing multiple dogs in the home. Since I work from home, I can provide consistent supervision throughout the day. Pets in my care would have regular potty breaks, feeding on their normal schedule, playtime, and rest periods. I also provide daily walks and supervised outdoor time in my fenced yard for safe exercise. I pay close attention to each dog’s behavior and comfort level, especially when introducing them to a new environment. I follow the owner’s instructions carefully regarding feeding, medication, crate use, and routines to keep things consistent for the pet. I supervise outdoor time in my fenced yard for safe exercise.
“This was my pet’s first overnight stay with Jacklyn, and her first extended overnight with any non-family member. My pet was so well taken care of, and I got regular pup-dates on how she was doing! Jacklyn is polite, professional, courteous, and was so sweet with my pet. We look forward to using her services again another time!”

“Odalys was amazing with our Jasper during our wedding weekend. We could tell he had a great time in all of the pictures she sent us while he was in her care. She also made sure to communicate any questions or concerns with us immediately. A great gal and a clean living space as well.”
“Stephanie and her family made Porter feel like a family member and gave us frequent and fun updates! Stephanie’s dogs and our pup got along and enjoyed playing with one another, putting my mind at ease for him to get enough activity and stimulation while we were gone. From coordinating a meet and greet to communicating how Porter was doing through the stay, I felt confident in her care for our pup. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone needing a sitter for their beloved fur family member!”

“Abby Mae received the best of care and I couldn't be more pleased. I wouldn't hesitate at all to reccomend him and his wife. I've had other Rover sitters and he is one of the best. He will be my go to sitter.”

“Destinee was the best sitter for our puppy Indy! Our flight got cancelled and Destinee was more than willing to watch our pup for an extra day. She sent lots of pictures and I know he was in the best hands with her!”

“Janay and her family took such great care of our fur baby! I don't think she wanted to come home. I am so grateful we were able to relax on vacation knowing our baby was in good hands. Janey sent plenty of pics and remained in communication our whole stay”

“Graham had a great time at Claudia’s house! She sent us pictures and kept a log of all of his activities for us to see when we picked him up. Graham was certainly well taken care of while we were gone. Thank you Claudia!”

“Dayna provided a friendly caring service for Dior and was very good with communicating and providing updates/ photos about Dior . Look forward to using her services again . Thanks Dayna ✨”
“Rachel and Seth were great with Mellie. Their schedules are super accommodating and Mellie loved their pool, sunny backyard, and front yard windows. She would love to go back any time!”

“First time using Rover and had a fantastic experience! Our pet sitter, Gabbi, maintained great communication throughout the entire process. She was easy to coordinate with, which gave us real peace of mind. Her space is well-kept, with plenty of area for our dog to relax, go on walks, and stay active. We especially appreciated the regular picture updates-it was reassuring to see our dog happy and well cared for. We will definitely be having her watch our dog again.”

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in IN ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies. Cats may be required to have Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis and Rabies up to date.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
Emergency support is available by phone or email in English 24/7. When an incident occurs, we recommend that sitters contact our Trust & Safety team immediately so that they can connect your sitter with a board-certified veterinarian or offer other resources to help.
If a sitter needs to cancel at the last minute, Rover’s reservation protection means our team will work with you to find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
