About: I grew up with dogs and cats all through childhood. I currently have two dogs, a Husky I have had for 5 years and a Dutch Shepherd I have had for 3 years. I previously also had a German Shepherd for 7 years who passed away from degenerative myopathy. All 3 of my pups have been rescues. I love animals of all shapes and sizes. My dogs are my family and I would treat your pets the same any time I took care of them 😊 I work nights on a rotating schedule (12 hour days) so I’m fully available on all days off and available in the late morning/afternoons on the days I work. My dogs are very friendly and love other dogs. My previous dog was senior with severe degenerative myelopathy, so I have experience caring for pups with physical issues and limitations.

About: I have always grown up with pets and have pet sat many times before for relatives, neighbors and other family friends. I am not like any other sitter or boarder or pet walker. Growing up around animals has really taught me so much. These animals are someone’s best friend and cuddle buddy. They should not get any less love or attention when staying at my home or when I come to visit your pet! Time spent with your furry friend is valuable time that the pet will remember! I am very experienced in feeding, giving pills, taking pets outside, etc. I have worked at Fishers Veterinary Hospital for a little under a year now as part of the patient care team. I am heading off to IU in the fall to major in Biology with a Pre-Vet track. I would love to help care for your pets! Pet care is a central part of my routine. With a part time job and flexible schedule, I’m able to prioritize walks, enrichment, and one-on-one attention so dogs feel safe, supported, and at home. I provide calm and structured care that closely follow a dog's existing routine. I do use crate training with positive reinforcement when I have to leave the house. I offer IVDD safe handling, walks, interactive play, and will send you 2 updates per day with photos while you're away.

This was our first time having pet sitting for our cat and with negative boarding experiences in the past, we were so nervous at how she would do with being left at home but Lucy did an INCREDIBLE job with Jinx! She has been so comfortable being in her own space and I can see how happy she was when Lucy came to check on her and play with her. She set up a meet and greet before booking to make sure everyone was comfortable and sent some adorable photos with every check in visit which gave us so much peace of mind while out of the country! I have a golden lab back home in Indiana with my family, and I’m looking to take care of sweet pups while I’m in the city so I can still feel the joy of having a furry friend around while I’m away! I’ve had experience caring for my dog and dog sitting for family, friends, neighbors and rover now for a total of 12 years! It’s absolutely one of my favorite past times and would love to have it as my forever job! I always make sure to doggie proof my apartment before visits and am aware of my surroundings during stays. I live on the first floor of my apartment so going out for walks is quick and easy. I make sure to include a lot of play time and snuggles during care to insure pups are as happy as can be.

About: I’ve had dogs all my life and know how to love and care for each of your pets while you are away. While I do not have any professional dog experience, I’ve had dog in my family since the day I was born and had owned my own dog for about 10 years until she recently passed away. Dogs my family has had were a mutt, three Labradors, Golden Retriever, and a Belgian Malinois. The pet I recently had was a mix of a Labrador and German Short-haired Pointer. I had been to training classes recently for about 3 years as well. I have pet sit cats and lived with cats in the past so I would know how to care for a feline. Do not have a problem with cleaning litter boxes. FYI: NO LITTER BOX AT RESIDENCE (will need to bring your pets). I will make sure to be very professional, care, and love your pet as if they were my own. Looking for services inside or outside of my home. I currently work full time in Carmel Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm and typically have nights and weekends free. I am looking to become more active (I had a senior dog with no ability to walk) so physical activity is welcomed! I have a fenced in yard and walking trails throughout my community. No additional pets. I can easily crate your pet with a collapsible travel crate.
