About: I have lived with dogs my entire life and have been tasked with taking care of others dogs as well. I would love to take your dogs on walks, play fetch in the backyard, or just lounge around all day. I have yet to meet a dog I didn’t like and am not afraid to deal with any messes if needed. I will be here over the summer and have no other obligations so if your animal needs someone there full time I would be happy to hang out with them! I care for pets by providing a comfortable and loving environment for your pet while you’re gone. I am more than willing to do whatever it takes to make your pet feel like it’s just another day at home! I understand some pets may not react well to strangers initially, but I am extremely patient and will work with your pet to reach a trusting relationship.

About: I have been taking care of my pets and the pets of family and friends for as long as I can remember. I also had about two years of experience with dealing with my senior dog, Ella, on multiple medications, supplements, and a special die. I am a graduate student, so my schedule is relatively flexible as long as it fits within my availability. I am more than happy to get up early or stay up late to visit a pet, and most weekends I am free all day. About: I’ve been around and taking care of dogs since I was 7. I grew up training all of our puppies and continuing to love them now at their old age. I’m comfortable with cats and dogs of large/medium to small. I’m currently a full time college student. Available to sit weekdays and weekends. As well as walks during the day. About: Hi I'm Gabriella and I am back home for few months after graduating from PA school! I have worked with pets for most of my life and even have a cockapoo myself! I have worked as a pet-sitter since I was in high school for families with cats and dogs of all sizes. My skills include cleaning, bathing, feeding, walking/running, loving, and simple pet chores. I can handle dogs of all sizes but mainly prefer medium to smaller dogs. I am very active and would love to bring your pet along on a walk / run with me! I am available most days and am happy to take new clients:) I am not currently working so I have all the time to give your animal needs! I am happy to bring him/her along with me on walks or runs outside or to just hang out at home. I make sure that I am respectful of other peoples places and clean up after myself. About: I lived around both dogs and cats my whole life, with both family and roommates, and I absolutely love it. While I'm not in the position to have my own furry friend at the moment, I love to care for animals. I spent about a year (2025) volunteering with the MCACAC shelter cats and dogs in Christiansburg, including participating in their training courses, and now feel confident bringing that experience to work with pets that already have found their families as well. I'm currently job hunting, so my schedule is extremely flexible and I am available throughout the day. I am occasionally out of town for travel or job-search related activities. My apartment is is pet-free, so I cannot host pets at this time. As far as working with pets in your home, please let me know your house rules. I generally use whatever items the pet uses at home (leash, treats, etc) for the sake of consistency for the pet and pet parent.

About: I’ve been a dog owner of border collies since I was a child. I love all dogs and cats, the calm and even the high energy ones :) I’ve spent years taking care of my own pets (parakeets, rabbits, chinchillas, ferrets, cats and dogs) and so I’m familiar with the needed care for even some exotic animals. I love going for evening runs and since my dog Millie passed away, I’ve been missing having some companions with me :) I currently work full time for the summer, but I’m available on Mondays after 1, weekdays after 5, and anytime on the weekends. But my schedule is a little flexible, and if there are any times outside of my schedule that are needed, I’m sure I can make things work. Every animal needs different things and a different way of being approached. Some animals need more high energy play time, fast frisbee throws and runs through the park. Some need the slower walks, cuddles on the couch and to stop and smell the flowers. Whatever speed of play your pet needs, I’m more than happy to accommodate!

About: I worked at a small animal hospital for a year and a half over school breaks, so I can administer medications, do CPR, and work with a variety of dogs and cats. I also took many animal courses in college as an Animal Science major which helps me know more about animal behavior, training, and well-being. I fostered cats and have taken care of my own cats and dogs growing up. I also volunteer at an animal shelter in my free time to socialize cats and walk their dogs. I can provide any special instructions/requests you might have. I am a graduate student and am done classes! I have flexible work hours in a research lab and can make sure to be there for your pet! I am very reliable, responsible and will make sure you and your pet’s needs are met! I can feed, play, and cuddle with them along with any other requests you may have. I will do any tasks or instructions you provide me with for how you like things done with your pet in your home. I can take them on walks, play in your yard, practice training tasks, feed them, and provide mental stimulation.

About: I love dogs and getting to know them and their personalities. I understand when your dog is on a schedule or needs special accommodations. If there are any special rules that you have in your house then let me know and I'll make sure everything is consistent with how they live at home. I love taking dogs on walks and letting them sniff and lead the way, I think its fun to let the dog take the path they want too, within reason of course. All my pictures show me with my girlfriends dog, a mini poodle mix named Kiwi. He does not live with me unfortunately but he is amazing and precious and I hope you like the pictures of him. I am currently taking classes so I will be available in the morning and evenings. When I have a dog, I like to start the day with a good walk and then take walks every couple hours or as needed. I love dogs and like to make sure they like whats going on. I am very good at being able to read what mood a dogs is in and understand how I should respond to the dog. I do not let dogs off leash unless it is in a fenced in area. I don't do a scheduled feeding typically but if that is apart of your dogs schedule I'd be happy to. I do not use negative reinforcement, I do not think is good for the trust and relationship between a person and a dog and I don't think it works as well as positive reinforcement.

About: I have over 500 hours of dog watching and raising experience (outside of my own pets) and spent over 800 hours volunteering cat care for kittens and disabled kitties I am a grad student with a totally flexible schedule and can work from home easily if needed! I will be able to incorporate your pet into my routine seamlessly. I also have the ability to fully care for your pet at their own home. I am able to be there often if needed or can stop by for occasional visits based off your own needs.

I have lifelong experience caring for animals - I grew up with five cats, two Guinea pigs, and four birds!
