About: Caring for animals is my true passion and calling in life! Since I began offering my house-sitting , drop-in, and dog walking services through Rover in 2022, I’ve had the privilege of building meaningful, trusted relationships with dozens of pet parents and their beloved pets. I’m a lifelong pet owner and sitter, with experience caring for puppies, kittens, adult animals, and seniors alike. I grew up with cats and dogs in my family, and I currently share my home with two deeply loved cats. In 2024, I said goodbye to my soul dog, a beagle named Lulu, who passed peacefully of old age. Losing a pet is always hard, but it has given me a deep appreciation for the unconditional love animals bring into our lives and is a reminder to make each day count. About: Hello! My name is Hayley and I am an animal lover of all kinds. I had a chihuahua for 14.5 years until I had to say goodbye to him in august of 2024. Since then I have found joy in helping others take care of their furry family members. My Pedro was special needs so I am comfortable giving meds or helping with disabled animals as well. I promise to take care of your babies just like they are my own! Same day bookings and short notice bookings will be dependent on my full time work schedule as I work 3 twelve hour night shifts a week but please always reach out as I may be available! I am also willing to pet sitting for other animals like chickens, hedgehogs, etc. Just ask!! I am a full time night shift nurse so my schedule is crazy but allows me to spend the days with your pet. I am also able to get several days in a row off and spend 24/7 with your pet, if scheduled within enough time! If selected, I would treat your baby as if they are my own and would go above abd beyond in caring for them. I am unable to bring pets to my home but am more than happy to care for them in the comfort of their own homes.

About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life and truly love being around them. I’m very comfortable being around and walking all different breeds. I have experience taking care of dogs of different breeds and ages for my family, friends, and other families in my community growing up. I’m a teacher so I am currently on summer break, but still can be an early bird. I am available basically any time of the day and any day M-F. I have a spacious apartment where I will prioritize caring for your dog and their safety. There are lots of good walking trails for dog walks.

About: I've had one dog and 3 cats 2 of my cats were raised from kittens of 2 weeks I love walks and sofa surfing equally so I can adapt to all needs of your pets I'm a freelance worker and can provide plenty of attention to fur babies and fuzzy giants alike I'm nature friendly and love walks I have accommodateable conditions and will be more than willing to talk about special conditions that need to be implemented for the health and happiness of your pet

About: I had a a mixed breed dog she lived until she was about 11 years old. She had a heart murmur and a really bad knee so I know how to help support a dog that might have health problems or mobility issues. I have taken care of another larger dog of border collie blue heeler mix that has battled dislocating hips, throwing out her back and cancer. She is 11 now I have worked with a senior Great Pyrenees and I know these aren’t dogs, but I have taken care of multiple rescue animals from anything from fish all the way up to a cat and I have nursed every single one of them back to health so I do have experience giving animals medicines My schedule is a little bit all over the place. I never really know exactly what days I am off or not but as of right now, I should be available between 11 a.m. to about 2 PM but depending on the day I can work later I will make sure that your pet will not get into anything. It’s not supposed to make sure your pet does not escape your house. I will follow your instructions of how you want me to take care to your pet if your pet is to be let outside in a gate I will make sure that the gate is locked and secured if your dog needs to be chained outside. I will make sure that the chain and whatever it is secure to is stable and the dog will not get loose. I will ensure your pet safety if I’m walking your dog or if it’s in your house, I will make sure that no other animal comes after your pet. If I am at your home, I’m not gonna let anybody into your home that you do not personally know and without your verbal consent that that person can enter your home.

About: I have had dogs my whole life. Last one a pug for 14 years. Took care of her needs being paralyzed for several years. Had small poodle for 18 years I am retired. Travel at times. Live alone. Really miss having a sweet doggy. Lots of love here to give to a pet. Always first with me. Have a nice place. Closed in deck. Screened in porch. About: I am a recent animal science grad from Virginia Tech, pursuing a career in veterinary medicine. My journey in this field began at a young age when I commenced volunteering at an animal shelter, an endeavor that has remained a cherished source of solace and fulfillment. Over the years, I have garnered hands-on experience through roles as a kennel attendant and doggy daycare handler at a veterinary clinic and grooming center. Presently, I am engaged in an internship under the guidance of a seasoned veterinarian. Additionally, I have accumulated four years of experience in house and pet sitting, catering to animals of varying sizes, ranging from 150-pound Cane Corsos to 10-pound Yorkies, and have cared for both arthritic and diabetic seniors in the past. Complementing this professional background, I am also a devoted owner of three dogs. Taking time off before moving and starting a new job. I’m currently free all day to hangout with your fur babies, happy to help make your schedule easier! Whether you have a couch potato or a runner, I’m happy to do it all! I love hanging out with a furry friends and do whatever they like!

About: It may come as a surprise that I’ve never had a pet growing up, but that hasn’t stopped my love for animals. One thing I love about pet care is that each pet has there own personality. I’ve cared for lazy dogs, hyper dogs, mean dogs, social dogs, cats who believe we work for them and the cats who insist they’re dogs. I’ve definitely seen it all. One thing I’ve learned about pet care is that you must gain trust. Each dog has their own specific, unique needs that must be met. Whether it falls down to a few more bathroom breaks throughout the day or extra tender love and care, all needs will be met with your pet in my care. As far as tangible experience, I’ve accumulated years of experience working and volunteering at several clinics and hospitals. This has afforded me the opportunities to gain experience with medical care as well. I am a huge advocate for fitness and exercise for myself and pet, so I can guarantee your pet will get lots of exercise with me.

About: I have been taking care of my pets and the pets of family and friends for as long as I can remember. I also had about two years of experience with dealing with my senior dog, Ella, on multiple medications, supplements, and a special die. I take great care of my two dogs daily, including, taking them on daily two mile walks, playing with them in the yard, feeding them and giving them treats, and just spending quality time with them. I thoroughly listen to and follow through with the instructions of every client and make sure to respect their wishes while simultaneously ensuring that the dog or cat is taken care of in the healthiest and most reassuring way to the pet owners.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of different breeds and sizes since I was 17. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe and administer medications to their pets. I will ensure that the pet keeps their routine to the best of my ability if applicable. I always try to ensure the pet gets a walk at least once a day when I am watching them. I consider myself to be very patient and creative when working with pets. I work full-time but would be able to make home visits before work and any time after work. If your pet needs more visits during the day we can discuss our options. To ensure safety on walks I am very responsible to make sure your fur baby is leashed up before exiting the home or fenced area for walks around the neighborhood. When in a clients home I will ensure your fur babies safety by leashing up your dog in the home before going on walks and following your guidelines as requested. If any questions come up I will be calling or texting to ensure all requests are met in an appropriate manner.

About: Life long pet owner that adores animals of all sizes. I love to walk,feed and pet all the beautiful fur babies. And have experience with all dogs from Shih Tzu's to Great Pyrenees. I'm always timely, honest and reliable. Communication, flexibility and a loving environment are key to a great experience. Myself and family (if allowed/desired) are open and willing to care for any animals as needed. I love to take them for a walk around the neighborhood and play fetch in the backyard/park or just giving them lots of belly rubs and attention when the weather is too extreme or they are too tired.

About: I work as a veterinary assistant and am a third year veterinary student at VMCVM! I have 7+ years of experience caring for a variety of dogs, cats, horses, and other small animals. I am skilled with administering to medication to pets, providing nail trims, ear cleanings, bathing, etc. I am a third year veterinary student that works part time in the summer at a veterinary hospital so I have a flexible schedule for taking care of pets! I completed a pet CPR/safety course and working in a veterinary hospital has given me ample experience with animal emergencies. I can provide many references from previous clients and even veterinarians whose pets I have cared for.

About: I have worked at a humane society shelter as a volunteer for years in Michigan. I have fostered animals as well as helped dogs and cats give birth. I have experience with pet sitting and taking care of pets. I believe pets are our children. I have open flexibility and can give many references on how trust worthy i am as i owned a cleaning business here in nrv for 10 plus years licensed and insured. While at a clients home I will make sure the home stays cleaned up from the pet and goes on its normal scheduled walks and or care. While the pet is at my home it will have its own personal area that is kept well and it won't interact with our cats. Walks and playtime will be included.
