About: I have grown up with animals and lived on a farm since I was 11. I have had many special needs animals and have worked in a vet clinic as an assistant and a dog daycare with all sizes and ages. I am currently a full time student with frequent availability in the afternoons, evenings, and nights. When I am unavailable I am studying to become a vet! When caring for your animals I will provide the upmost care and safety practices. Your pet will be safe with me and all rules will be applied.

About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. I currently have a chocolate lab who I took through two rounds of AKC good citizen training. I love working with animals & bringing out the best in them. I currently work remotely so I am available throughout the week if your house has a strong wi-fi connection that will allow me to work from your place while petsitting. Otherwise I am available for drop-ins and walks throughout the day. I have a dog that lives in my house & sleeps in my bed. We have a fenced in yard but she gets 3 walks & some fetch training every day. Additionally, we often go to Pandapas to hike the trails.

I also had about two years of experience with dealing with my senior dog, Ella, on multiple medications, supplements, and a special die. I am a graduate student, so my schedule is relatively flexible as long as it fits within my availability. I am more than happy to get up early or stay up late to visit a pet, and most weekends I am free all day. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs of all sorts of breeds since I was teen. My friends and family have relied on me to feed, take on walks, and their fury friends while they’re away. I have experience taking care of senior dogs as well as dogs with several different medical needs. I’ve dog sat one dog for a weekend and I’ve also dog sat 6 dogs for a week. Owning several dogs is nothing new to me. Currently working a full-time job from 8:30am - 5:30pm Monday - Friday. If you live in the Christiansburg/Blacksburg area I am able to do drop by visits during my lunch break. Saturday and Sunday I am pretty available. I’ll make sure your fury friend gets let out at appropriate times and have plenty of time to play around if it’s just a drop by visit. Have a dog with a medical condition? No problem I have experience with dogs who have epilepsy and who are allergic to everything under the sun. Senior dogs I understand the importance in being extra patient and gentle with them.

I have helped change diapers, clean up messes, give relaxing baths, and provide as much exercise as possible for any pets I have watched over the years. As a professional housekeeper, no incontinence issue is too much for me! As long as your fur baby is happy and safe. I am currently on leave without pay from my full time job (until an undetermined time) so I have open availability to pet sit this summer for anyone who plans on taking a little vacation! As a dog mom myself I believe everyone fur baby deserves to spend a few minutes outside everyday especially with their new favorite play date, me! I am a full time first responder thankfully with this schedule I have many days off to rest relax and take your fur baby on an adventure. You have a high energy dog? No worries! I’m a very active individual and wouldn’t mind taking your dog on a run! My dogs enjoy a large front yard they run around in. I believe outside play is important for a dogs mental health. Of course your dog will receive lots of loving and treats from me after a nice long walk outside.
