Where to start! I felt so at ease with Carly watching my little fur babies. You can tell she has a loving heart towards people and animals. My kitties loved her. Wouldn’t stop raving about her when we got back— haha. Always was diligent about sending me updates and photos, and seems like they got plenty of play time. Will absolutely be utilizing her services again!
Nicole went above and beyond in making sure my high maintenance kitties needs we’re all met! One of them struggles with severe anxiety and Nicole was able to get him to come out of his hiding spot and socialize, which isn’t an easy feat. She was so kind and even when it wasn’t asked of her, she peeped in to check on them more than once a day. Highly recommend, and definitely will be rebooking in the future!

Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
