“Goodpup is a great tool to manage training, with tasks and skills broken down in easy to follow steps. However, the best thing about this experience has been our trainer, Jessica. We truly got more than we bargained for as the past year has forced us to navigate through difficulties like severe resource guarding, a cervical spinal injury, 2 foster puppies with parvo, a giardia outbreak, reactionary behavior, and moving homes. We’ve also been blessed to experience the adoption of 3 new rescues, countless successful foster puppies, and both the spinal injury & parvo cases healing fully. Jessica has been there next to us through all of it. Although I start every call with “you’ll never guess what we’re dealing with this week,” she takes every twist and turn in stride and doesn’t seem to be phased by anything. She remembers details about each of our five (5) dog’s behavior and is able to guide us while taking each of their unique personalities/needs/behavior concerns into consideration. Jessica is truly the best, and has made more of a difference for us than I can express!”
