I reached out to Isabel on Rover just two days before we needed someone, and she responded within about 20 minutes and was able to help us out. From the very beginning, Isabel made us feel completely at ease. We FaceTimed beforehand, and she asked incredibly thoughtful questions—especially since Oliver is still a puppy and in the middle of training. She asked what commands we use, exactly how we say them, what his routine looks like around meals, and other questions I honestly wouldn’t have even thought to bring up with a sitter. When she came over, she let us know as soon as she arrived and afterward sent a detailed update with photos. She told us when she fed Oliver, what games they played, how he behaved, and even shared thoughtful observations about his personality. I really appreciated how attentive and engaged she was rather than simply stopping by to let him out and feed him. Most importantly, I came away from the experience feeling incredibly confident trusting Isabel with Oliver. My daily routine is highly flexible, allowing me to easily incorporate pet care into my schedule. I am available for morning, afternoon, and evening walks, as well as drop-in visits throughout the week. Because I manage my own professional workload from home, I can easily adapt to your pet's specific routine and ensure they get the attention they need exactly when they need it. I currently live in a cozy, pet-friendly studio apartment that is perfect for dogs who need a calm and secure environment. When staying at your home or providing services, I treat your space with the utmost respect and ensure all doors and gates are fully secured. My priority is always your pet's safety, so on walks, I stay highly aware of my surroundings, avoid off-leash areas unless explicitly instructed, and keep a close eye on their comfort in the Texas heat.
