I will take extra care of your pets in your home. I’ll ensure they have everything they need and extra attention while you’re away. I love a good couch cuddle moment with your pet, walks of any distance or length, and am happy to interact with them using whatever toys or things they may have to use or play with. Mental stimulation is very important for pets, especially while you’re away to help their minds and bodies relax. I can use puzzle games, slow feeders, lick mats, or any other things you have for your pet to give them mental stimulation. I take great pride in leaving a place better than I found it and I’ll be respectful of you, your pet, and your home while I’m visiting.

About: Hi, I'm Steph! I've had dogs and animals since I was born. Growing up, my family usually had 5 dogs at a time (so much fun!!) and I worked at our local animal shelter during high school and college. Right now, I have a sweet 10 year old lab named Nala and she is my light. She is extremely friendly and anyone who meets her loves her! She still has great energy for being 10 years young, and appreciates hangs with other pup friends. I have used Rover myself when making sure Nala is in a great home when friends cannot care for her - I really love it! I work remotely permanently so I am home all the time! I start my days with morning walks so your pup would be more than invited to join me :) I am also up very early every morning so I am happy to have your pup join me for my morning coffee. I have a fenced yard for my Nala girl or your pups to hang out in but also a cozy home that I love having them in! I have plenty of room to crate too, if that is your preference when I step out or for bedtime. Happy to make your pet at home!!

I currently have a flexible hybrid schedule, which means plenty of time to care for your pups! Whether they need overnight boarding or just some extra attention, I’ll make sure they feel right at home. I’m available for overnight stays starting at 4 PM—happy to provide a cozy, caring environment while you’re away! Your pup’s comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities! My apartment complex features a spacious, well-maintained dog park with a wonderful community of dogs and pet parents—perfect for social pups who love to play. But if your furry friend prefers a quieter experience, I’m happy to accommodate their needs. I understand that every dog is unique, and I’m comfortable providing specialized care, whether that means crating, reinforcing training routines, managing special diets, or administering medications. Senior dogs hold a special place in my heart, and I have extensive experience caring for them. Plus, living on the first floor means easy access with no stairs—gentler on aging joints.

About: Since I was a child I have taken care of 2-3 dogs in one home and multiple cats with my family. All different types of dogs, fostering and rescuing animals when we could. Love to maintain healthy and clean animals so that they can live their best lives and feel loved! I am currently a fire fighter and looking for a side job. I am off for few days out of the week and want to be active and be around animals. I am currently taking care of my cats indoor to protect them from this heat. Often getting fresh water and have family dogs that like to go outside but stay cool so I often have little dog pools set up! I am okay with taking them outside or keeping them inside for some safe fun!

About: I’ve been walking dogs and Pet Sitting in Austin for the past year and I’ve gained a great amount of experience with a wide range of pets and their care takers. I love making new furry friends! I am a first grade teacher during the school year but I walk and pet sit during my breaks and weekends. I’m on summer break currently and have ample amounts of free time. I care for pets in my home and others home as if they were my own pets.
