Hello there! I’ve been on Rover since 2018! On top of that, I’ve been pet sitting since I was young, taking care of pets for relatives and family friends. I was always eager and excited for the opportunity to take care and work with animals. In addition, I have raised a lovely beagle puppy of my own. My versatile abilities in watching energetic puppies, dogs of all sizes and ages, make me a perfect fit for your animal. In addition have a lot of experience taking care of special needs rescue dogs who are very anxious, especially without their owners. I am very gentle, so I make them as comfortable as possible while you are away. Through all my pet care taking experience, I have come to learn that every pet is different and I am at the ready to personalize my services to fit their needs.

Schedule
I bartend part-time, mostly on the weekends, so I am left with a lot of time during the normal workweek to walk, sit, and care for a majority of different pets!

Safety, trust & environment
When house sitting in a client’s home, I always ensure that I am respectful and patient with their fur baby. I know a lot of pets who are protective can be standoffish at first - understandably so, with a stranger in their home! My approach is to let them come to me, so as not to overwhelm or add stress.
Pets
A typical day
For dogs I will provide lots of sniffing walks, normal walks (duration depending on what their needs are), running around in the grass, ball play (if that’s what they’re into!), squeaker toys. For cats I will provide company and play if desired! Also many treats :).
