Experienced dog dad!
I have had a Rover account for almost a decade and enjoy how it allows me to meet new adorable dogs in a professional manner. I am always trying to educate myself in new (and new to me) information about dog care... for use with my dog, Puppy, and on others. There is always something to learn and I want to know as much as possible. Dogs are a treasure beyond words and I like to bring my care and knowledge to every dog I meet. I understand they are family and will definitely protect them as if they are my own. Meeting beforehand is encouraged!

When I had pets in my home, I would ALWAYS monitor them and stick to the owners routine and needs. As well as ensuring potties were done timely.

James has been such a great sitter for my baby girl, Reese. I’ve moved around a lot in recent years, and I’ve found it’s a challenge to find someone who 1) shows up on time and 2) respects my home (takes off their shoes without me asking. Finding someone who does both AND cares for my animal as if she were their own is a real bonus, and James definitely exemplifies this rare trio. Very grateful for him!
I really enjoyed working with James! He’s the first sitter I’ve hired in Austin where my kitty didn’t run and hide during the meet-and-greet, which helped put me at ease. He was a great communicator and made sure my girl was well cared for while I was out of town. I’d absolutely book with him again.

Schedule
As someone who is striving hard to work from home and making sure to give my dog the best life ever, a life with so much of his Daddy that he barely has moments of separation. I enjoy dogs so much and being in their presence just sends vibes of relief to my mind, knowing that there is always joy to be had when I see a dog.
