By day, I’m a PhD student studying geophysics. The rest of the time? I’m your neighborhood Pet Sitting Scientist. 🧪🐾 I’ve been caring for pets through Rover for over a year and absolutely love getting to know each pet’s individual personality, routine, and quirks. Whether your pup wants long walks and playtime or your pet is happiest curled up on the couch, I tailor my care to what makes them feel most at home. I’m a 5-star sitter with experience caring for a variety of pets, and I’ve been lucky to build relationships with many repeat clients. I know how important it is to leave your pet with someone you genuinely trust, so I prioritize reliable communication, lots of photo updates, and following your care instructions closely. I prioritize creating a calm, safe, and pet-friendly environment—whether in my home or a client’s. I follow each pet’s routine closely, from feeding schedules to preferred walking routes and play styles. I take time to build trust, especially with shy or anxious pets, using patience and positive reinforcement. Safety is always top of mind: I double-check leashes and gates, avoid off-leash situations unless in fully enclosed areas, and monitor for any signs of stress or discomfort. I also provide regular updates to give pet parents peace of mind. My goal is to make every pet feel at home, secure, and loved.

This is our Watson’s 2nd boarding with her and it couldn’t have gone better! As before, we received regular updates with pictures, and it allowed me to actually relax during our time away knowing our boy was I such good hands. Isabelle was also incredible when it came to accommodating my last minute holiday plans, she really saved the day for my family!
Isabelle did an amazing job sitting for our new rescue Rizzo! She was extremely patient and understanding with our little shy apprehensive guy, and we felt completely comfortable leaving him in her care. Isabelle is a total professional who communicated with us every step of the way and sent us some super cute updates every day. Definitely recommend Isabelle!

Schedule
As a graduate student, my schedule is pretty flexible, which allows me to spend plenty of time with the pets in my care! I’m able to plan my days around walks, meals, playtime, potty breaks, and plenty of cuddles. While I do occasionally need to be on campus for classes or research, I have flexibility in when and where I work and can typically adjust my schedule to fit your pet’s normal routine. 🐾

- It’s important to know if your dog has any special needs, health issues, or unique behaviors so I can provide the best care.
