“Caroline always takes amazing care of Hector and takes him on great walks! She communicates very well and is super considerate of myself and my apartment when she comes and goes with Hector.”

About: Hi, I’m Anni! I grew up with a dog who was my best friend, so caring for animals has always felt natural to me. Since moving to Austin 2.5 years ago, I’ve regularly pet and house sat for friends and coworkers and am trusted to keep pets happy, safe, and on their normal routine. I’m very active and love long walks and runs, but I’m just as attentive when it comes to calm companionship, consistency, and making sure each dog feels comfortable and cared for while their human is away. Pet care fits naturally into my routine. I’m available after work Monday through Friday and have full availability on weekends. I’m able to offer boarding any day and am happy to work around a pet’s normal schedule to keep things consistent and comfortable. I prioritize safety, routine, and communication in both my home and a client’s home. I carefully follow all feeding, walking, and care instructions, keep pets on leash during walks, and make sure doors and gates are secure at all times. I’m respectful of each pet’s space and needs and keep a clean, calm environment. I also provide regular updates so owners feel comfortable and confident while they’re away.
About: I've had and taken care of many kinds of dogs and cats since childhood, from puppies and kittens to seniors. Friends and family have relied on me for years to pet sit for them for short and long periods of time, and I also have experience fostering dogs and puppies. I am currently between jobs, so will have plenty of time to play with your pets. I am also available for boarding if our timing aligns. I have a mostly fenced in yard at my house (3 sides enclosed / just open at the car port), so can play in the yard leashed and go on walks from here. I can easily crate your dog at my house or am able to block off areas of my house easily as well.
About: I have been around pets my whole life, but I’ve been taking care of them on my own for about 2 years. I also have personal experience owning a dog, a cat and two guinea pigs. I have cared for pets of all ages from playful puppies and kittens to senior pets that need extra attention. Every pet I have taken care of has always been in good hands I’m a college student in the AFROTC program at UT Austin. My weekdays can get pretty busy with classes, but Mondays and Fridays I’m mostly free. I also have some breaks between classes Tuesday through Thursday where I can stop by for pet care. Fridays and weekends are usually wide open, so I have plenty of time to give your pets the attention they need I don’t bring pets into my own home, but I make sure they’re comfortable and cared for in their own space. I follow the owner’s instructions closely, keep up with feeding and walks, give them playtime and attention, and make sure they feel safe while you’re away.
“Morgan was awesome! Super responsive & gave a ton of feedback but also took the initiate to take care of our pet in the areas we didn’t cover. Highly recommend! :)”

About: As a kid I cared for my dog, Pixie a Jack Russel mix for ten years. I have done volunteer at the SPCA and had experience working with large animals such as horses. Every now and then I help my friend walk two, one hundred plus Rottweilers. As of right now my schedule is open for Rover full time. That might change in the future as I look for a full time job I make sure pets have water and that the dogs are let out at least every two to four hours. If the own has left any instances, I will be sure to follow them
About: I've grown up with cats and dogs ever since I was little. They were abandoned and we rescued and trained them. I have a heart of gold and am the most empathetic and sweet when it comes to animals. They truly bring me so much joy and will do anything for them. I am currently searching for my next opportunity and taking care of animals would bring me so much joy during my time away from work. I would follow the explicit instructions provided, send photos, provide detailed communication to the owner and show extra love and attention to the fur baby, treating them like my own.
“Amazing dog sitter. She was available for a last minute emergency that I had to handle. She took care of my pups like they were her own. She loved on them and allowed them to enjoy the weather when she could see that they needed it. I highly recommend. She is now my dog sitter for the future.”

About: I am new to Rover, but I've been around dogs my whole life. I had my own dog for the last 12 years, and almost 3 years ago, my baby girl came home! Unfortunately, my elder dog crossed the rainbow bridge recently, but I learned so much from him. I had him from puppy all through his senior years, and Lilith was a refresher in taking care of puppies; I am confident in my abilities to care of dogs of all ages, energy levels, and personalities. I am happy to walk your dog, welcome them into my home, or just stay in to keep an eye on him or her! I primarily work from home and make my own hours, so I have the flexibilty to cater to your pup's needs. I grew up with dogs so I've seen it all. My apartment is perfect for smaller dogs, but I can take larger dogs! Especially because I'm very close to a beautiful walking trail-perfect for using up some of that boundless energy! I have a flexible, mostly work-from-home job. Fridays and Saturday are the main days I have to go into the office, but usually it's not for more than 4 hours at a time at most. I have a small dog who is quiet and mostly keeps to herself. Here in my apartment complex is a great dog park with lots of trees and room to run around. I am also adjacent to a nice, walkable neighborhood and a lovely walking trail.
“Kim is such a thoughtful sitter and Phebes LOVES her. She takes her to the park and keeps her white fur clean whenever we come back from our trips. Kim is also flexible and always available to care for our girl. We love booking with Kim!”

“shannon has been so great with my two dogs! they look forward to seeing her on their daily walks. she is reliable and i know they are in good hands! thank you shannon!!”

“David was super nice and was able to come walk Rocko on an extremely short notice since I was injured and couldn't take him out. Must've been a great walk too cause my pup usually has tooons of energy but came back and took a nap as if he had ran a marathon. Thanks David!”
