About: I have been watching, walking, and working with cats & dogs for over 9 years of my life. - I have a little yorkie at home (I currently don’t live with any pets at my apartment) - I’ve fostered a precious kitten - I’ve been pet-sitting many of my family friends pets for as long as I can remember I am detailed-oriented, attentive, & communicative with all pet-owners. I absolutely love all animals, so please don’t be afraid to reach out! I’m currently on summer break, so I’m not busy with school! About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I have always had my own dog (inside dog, outside dog, sometimes both). I have entered and won obedience and showmanship shows with my dogs. I trained two of my dogs in 4-H for over 5 years. Growing up with pets has allowed me to develop a strong love for all kinds of animals. When caring for others’ animals, I always keep in mind how I would want my own animal to be treated. I am currently working on my teaching certificate which is completely online! This allows me to make my own schedule. I am available mornings, afternoons, and evenings! I live in an apartment. My neighbors, friends, and family trust me to take care of their pets like they’re my own. I take online classes, so I have lots of time to care for your fur babies. About: I have had a pug for 11 years. She is awesome. I also have cared and walkrd a large Rhodesian Ridgback for 3 years. She was high energy so we often went on runs. I am an early riser and often go on walks or runs already. My pug is currently at home in florida while I am in college. I miss my dog and I really want to be around dogs and other animals. I have a fenced in yard and leash walk my little tot. We also have a lot of land behind us so I will run outside with the pug often.

About: I’ve been around all kinds of animals my entire life, but growing up always had at least 5 dogs and cats in the house! Ive house sat for families with multiple dogs, dogs with special behavioral and health needs, and puppies. I love doing all the silly little things for other peoples fur babies because I am the same way with my dogs! I’m also a foster care provider for Austin Animal Services and have absolutely loved getting to spoil the shelter dogs and get them adopted into fantastic homes. Through this experience I’ve learned a lot about dog behavior and how to make even the shyest dogs comfortable and happy. I’m a senior at UT and have a super flexible schedule in the summer so I’d love to help out with your furry friends! I’m currently just taking one summer class for the next month so my schedule is flexible. I also have my own foster dog currently. If I have a current foster they will be kept separated from client pets per Austin Animal Services policy. The little guy I have right now is awesome but he will hang out at home when I’m with client pets.

About: I’ve had pets my entire life! I grew up with dogs that were tiny but mighty (very big attitudes). So I am very accepting of dogs of all sizes and personality types. I don’t know if it’s my dog-like personality, but dogs have always taken a liking to me. I have cats as well, so I can offer both services! I am available every weekday after 1pm to check in! I’m a college student, but I have lots of availability. Just tell me your schedule, and I can work my way around it! I will care for your pets as well as I take care of my own. Christian is the best! Our dogs are always happy to see her and we’re so happy knowing she’ll be there to walk them!! We appreciate Christian so much for being so great that we don’t have to worry at all! Radio can be very active with chasing lizards and dig/catch them if unattended or blinking too long. Christian is on it! Also, Freddie’s bladder is a special case and he’s not had any issue! I truly believe it’s because Christian listened to how his bladder needs micromanaged with only a small amount of water before being crated again. She’s a keeper!!
It only took a couple of minutes at the start of the pre-engagement meeting and for it to become clear to me that Zach is an excellent experienced dog handler. My own experience with dogs includes training Australian Shepherds for sheep herding competitions and I have qualified for national competition twice. My yardstick for rating a dog handler has a correspondingly higher bar. So along with my complement was that quick understanding that I didn’t need to know anything else and that my dog was is as safe hands as she could be in. People simply don’t reach Zach’s level of engaging with dogs without also demonstrating to the dog that the dog is in anything other than very safe hands and that doesn’t happen if it’s not actually true. So with my and the dog’s approval, Zach was hired and lived up to both mine and the dog’s expectations. No problem.
5 stars! David was stellar. This was first time using both the Rover app and a dog walker. My dog(who is normally energetic)was nervous and apprehensive being walked by someone other than me, and David did an amazing job being both patient and encouraging during their first walk. For the next five days while I was gone David, arrived on time and was communicative every day. I plan to continue to use his services and highly recommend others do as well.
