About: Do you have a dachshund that you’re nervous to leave in someone else’s care because of how unique they are? I completely understand. I was the same way with mine. Dachshunds have their own little quirks, and their backs require some extra care. I know how important it is to have someone who understands how to properly pick them up and why you don’t want them constantly jumping off beds or couches. My home has stairs leading up to both, so they can get where they want to go without putting unnecessary stress on their backs. My husband and I also work from home full-time with flexible jobs, so your Velcro pup won’t be left alone. I’m able to give them lots of attention, hang out with them throughout the day, and take them outside as many times as they need. 5–6 times a day? No worries! I’ve watched multiple dachshunds for friends I’ve met through our local dachshund meetup, and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know each of them and their little personalities. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dachshund with someone else, and I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re in good hands. I decided to offer my services on Rover because I know what it’s like to be new to town and not have someone you trust to watch your dog. If you’re looking for someone who already understands dachshunds and all their little quirks, I’d love to meet you and your pup! My husband and I work from home every day, so we are at the beck and call of your pup! Whatever they need, I can provide: all day cuddles, potty outside breaks, mid-day walks… you name it. I have a knack for reading animal behavior- dogs have very clear warning signs when they’re on edge, shy, excited, etc. I will make sure your pet stays safe and comfortable and avoid any situations that may cause any doubt

About: I am a cat owner, dog aunt, and have had pets my entire life. I would love the opportunity to meet and care for your fur babies! I love taking dogs on long walks and playing with both cats and dogs. I hope to find repeat clients so that I can fully get to know your pets and their unique needs, and create a safe, comfortable experience for them while you're away. I work fully remotely and have a decent amount of flexibility throughout the work day. I am also available in mornings and evenings for walks and play time! We also have a very friendly mini goldendoodle who loves other dogs and does great with new furry friends, making our home a fun and social environment. Your pup will be safe, loved, and well cared for with us. I work from home, and my husband has a very flexible schedule, so pet care fits seamlessly into our daily routine. Dogs are rarely left alone and get plenty of attention throughout the day. We plan our schedules around walks, feeding times, playtime, and rest, making sure each dog feels comfortable, cared for, and part of our home. We provide a calm, safe, and loving home environment. Since I work from home and my husband has a flexible schedule, dogs are always supervised and well cared for. We follow each dog’s routine closely, including feeding instructions and any special needs. About: I have been around dogs my entire life including 5 of my own family’s and probably 100 other dogs because my mom had a dog walking and boarding business growing up! I have watched all breeds and all sizes of dogs and would love to meet yours! I am currently working a job that is Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri from 6-4 so I am available to arrange outside of those hours. I am in a good sized studio apartment so I would probably provide the best getaway for either a smaller/medium sized dog or a more calm and cuddly medium/larger dog. Of course we will take walks either way! I have no pets of my own right now.
