She walked me through her routine and handled the introductions between Toby and the other dogs perfectly, making drop-off and pick-up an absolute breeze. Throughout Toby's stay, Denise was a fantastic communicator, sending lots of wonderful photo updates that showed how much fun he was having. Toby can be a little escape artist, but Denise kept a close eye on him and I felt completely at ease knowing he was in such safe hands. When I picked him up, Toby was so happy and had clearly bonded with both Denise and the other dogs. I highly recommend Denise and will definitely be booking with her again. I have never left my dog at a rover before, and Bassam made me feel much more comfortable with the experience. My dog is 10 months old and she had a great time (even as a small 18 pound pup) plenty of time outdoors and once a day I’d get pictures and an update. She even was cuddled at night instead of in her crate!! Would totally bring my pup back here again :)
