While traveling on a work trip, my pup had a medical emergency, and Bassam didn’t hesitate for a second. He took him to the vet on my behalf, carefully followed through on all instructions, administered medications, managed diaper changes, kept him clean and comfortable, and closely monitored his behavior every step of the way. The level of attentiveness, responsibility, and compassion he showed gave me complete peace of mind in a situation that could have easily been overwhelming. Communication was exceptional. He sent frequent updates, photos, and videos throughout each day, which made such a difference in helping me feel connected and reassured while I was away. Beyond the emergency care, it’s clear that Bassam genuinely loves what he does. He has created a true “pet oasis” at his home. My boys had the best time exploring his huge backyard, playing, sniffing, and socializing with other pups. They came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. Bassam goes above and beyond in every sense. His attention to detail, his calm and capable presence, and his genuine love for animals set him apart in a big way. It’s rare to find someone you trust this completely with your pets, and I am so grateful we found him. I will absolutely be booking with Bassam again—he’s not just a dog sitter, he’s a total pet whisperer. 🐾”

“Honestly spectacular! This was my first time ever using River and Gil made the process super comfortable for me. Two weeks prior, I was able to go for a free meet and greet so my dog could get acquainted and she was lovely. Then during my return trip, my flight got delayed by over 7 hours and I had to pick up my dog the next day. She was super super understanding and responsive. She was accommodating to the new situation. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better first experience with someone on this app.”
