They accept last-minute requests and have beyond reasonable pricing with large dog play areas where your dogs can be social and off-leash. Erika and her husband are cordial and, even though we have a language barrier, the fact is that their love for dogs does not need a language at all. “We had a last-minute cancellation that turned into a very stressful situation. We were trying to get to the airport with several small children while I’m pregnant, and suddenly found ourselves without care for our dog. Yanhong and Yucheng responded to our Rover request almost immediately and were able to pick up our dog, Arnold, on very short notice after we had briefly left him home alone due to sitter issues earlier that day. They were very communicative throughout his stay and gave us much-needed peace of mind during a chaotic travel day. Arnold is on several heart medications, and they administered everything appropriately and with care. He was very well taken care of, and we’re incredibly grateful they stepped in when they did.”

Boarding Penny Lane with Nicolle was awesome. Seamless experience overall, drop off and pickup were smooth and easy to coordinate. Nicolle took great care of my chihuahua, sometimes a challenging breed. My pup has a lot of character and was a little standoffish and snippy at first. Nicolle was patient and communicative with me so we could figure out a wya to get Penny Lane’s harness on/off so she could go outside. Thank you for taking great care, Nicolle! Will definitely book with you again :)
Sarah is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! She provided great communication, updates, photos, & handled my pups adjustment to my leaving with grace & lots of love. My dog was definitely sad coming back home with me after a few great days at Sarah's. I wish I could gatekeep Sarah so I can always use her, but that would be a disservice for all the other pups & owners looking for a great pet sitter! Felt so at ease during my trip & never had a worry about how my dog was doing. Thank you, Sarah!
Jessica was amazing with Drax. He and Sebastian seemed to have done well together, and Jessica was so nice about sending lots of updates and pictures to me every day. She was super understanding when we had to come by to drop off more food for the week, and remained flexible with our schedules. I would absolutely book with Jessica (and Sebastian) again.
Paige was fantastic. I received plenty of pictures and updates during my dog’s stay with her. She was very accommodating with my pick up and drop off schedule and great to work with. My dog had a great time with her and her dogs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new rover for boarding.
Thomas was such a wonderful dog sitter! I was quite nervous beforehand since it’s been 5+ years since I’ve used Rover, however, Thomas had excellent communication and provided so many photos/videos of my Benji. I was so relieved seeing how much fun Benji was having with Thomas and how comfortable he looked in Thomas’ home. Benji seems to have made new friends during his stay with Thomas! I’ll definitely be booking again!😊
