This was Hope's first experience boarding, so we were worried about how things will turn out, but Ashley and Carter did a great job, warming up and taking care of Hope. She was very accommodating to our request and was on point on the picture updates and texting us how things were. Hope had so much fun, that she seems like she didn't want to leave when we picked her up. We thank you for taking in our little Hope and giving her a great nice relaxed vacation. Yujie was fantastic! He took great care of our dog, Gnome, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. It was clear that Gnome had an absolute blast spending time with Yujie and his dog, and he came home happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Yujie was communicative, reliable, and genuinely caring throughout the stay. We felt completely at ease knowing Gnome was in such good hands. We would absolutely book with Yujie again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive dog sitter.
Erika was great when boarding my dog with her! She sent many photos and videos throughout the duration of my trip. It is worth noting that there are many dogs staying under her care at one time. If your dog does not do well with other dogs I would not recommend this booking. There is a lot of playtime with dogs you’ve never met or watched your dog interact with before. My dog seemed very happy when in Erika’s care and was happy to see us when we returned. She did smell like she had a great time running, roughhousing, and hanging out in the turfed yard, we had to give her a bath promptly after retuning home.
Unlike most other sitters who will take multiple dogs at once, often to earn more cash, Diana is different. She genuinely cared for my dog and made me feel confident he was in great hands while I was gone, and that my dog even enjoyed the time once they settled in. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.
This was our first time having Yazmin as a dog sitter and we really enjoyed our experience. She was really prompt with her communication with me which I appreciated. She sent loves of photo me and videos of Hero while we were away without being asked which helped keep my mind at ease. She was very accommodating and flexible with certain things that came up. We already have her booked for another time.
Linda was absolutely amazing! She took care of our two pups with so much love, patience, and attention that I almost felt a little jealous when she sent us photos they looked like they were having the time of their lives! She kept us updated with great communication throughout their stay, followed their routine perfectly, and gave us complete peace of mind while we were away. It was clear our dogs felt safe, happy, and genuinely cared for. As a sweet surprise, she even gifted each of them a brand-new toy for the Fourth of July, which was such a thoughtful touch. We couldn’t have asked for a better sitter, and we’ll definitely be using Linda’s services again. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will treat their pets like family!
Mitchell was great about sending pictures and videos of my dachshund while I was on vacation! Highly recommend for any dachshund parents. Dachshunds are a tough bread to care for but Mitchell was great about showing me that Cupid (my dog) was having a great time every day!
Katya took such great care of my dog, Nalu! This was my first time leaving him with someone outside of family, and she made me feel completely at ease. She kept me updated throughout his stay, responded quickly, and sent pictures of him having fun, which I really appreciated. She also made sure he got plenty of attention as he is a big cuddle bug! When I picked him up, Nalu looked so happy and seemed like he had an absolute blast.
