But Gol completely changed that. She took him out to her large backyard every two hours for playtime, and she kept me updated with videos. Seeing those videos made all the difference — I could clearly see how happy and relaxed he was. He can be anxious and he takes time getting comfortable with strangers, but within 20 minutes they were already bonding. She was very responsive and communicative throughout this experience.
