Stanley can be a bit of a slow burn, and she showed him so much patience and love. She totally understood that he needed space and let him come to her when he was ready. She kept me updated the whole time with messages and photos, which made me feel so much better knowing he was happy and adjusting well. He even got to spend time at their lake house for the holidays and had an absolute blast. I’m so grateful for the care, attention, and kindness she gave him.
