About: Pets have always been in my home growing up and I have been working with dogs for over 2 years professionally and absolutely love what I do! I just recently graduated from the “raising a puppy club” as well have a senior dog of my own! I’ve taken great pride in learning what I can about dog behavior and proper care while I manage and work in a doggy daycare. I have seen everything and I’m shy to nothing when it comes to dogs, regardless of their play style, temperament, energy levels, etc. I have worked with dog breeds large and small and I hope to be able to provide great care for your fur babies and love and respect them as I do my own. I work full-time at a dog daycare in downtown Austin. When I am not working, I have full availability to check in on your babies, do dog walking, or if housesitting, will be able to stay at your home full-time and drive to and from work. My work schedule fluctuates depending on staff availability, but overall I will always make time for you and your pet. I know the feeling of leaving your pet with a new sitter well, and know how incredibly important it is to find someone that not just you trust, but your pet trusts as well. Because of this it’s very important to me that a meet and greet with both the owner and pet is hosted before the scheduled service as to ensure trust and peace of mind not just to your pup but to you as well! I am trained in proper care specifically for dogs and understand the behaviors of cats well, as I raised my own kitten as well as cats growing up. I have learned how to read dog body language and behavior to better understand how they are feeling or what it is I can do to help them. This is something that I am very proud of and hope that I am able to use to help make sure your pets are getting the best care possible. It is important to me that your pets feel safe and trusting of me in their space. I will follow provided instructions for your pet, daily photos/updates, and make sure that the pets in my care feel safe and protected while I am there.

“if you are first time user of Rover, this review is for you. We had to leave Michigan for a week and our dog does not tolerate kennels very well at all. All of our options for watching our dog in our home (family, friends) were unavailable. So we turned to Rover and to Taylor. We were so nervous! But aside from diligently dropping in to care for our dog three times a day, Taylor did something so extra special: at our meet and greet, Taylor expertly helped us navigate the Rover online process - precise, scheduling, etc. Taylor is the perfect advocate for Rover! Our dog got to spend the week in her own home, and Taylor was a superstar. About: I've taken care of several types of dogs since I was a kid. Neighbors and relatives have relied on me to take care of their fur babies. I have experience taking care of dogs of all sizes I'm so excited to meet your pet! I'm currently a college student so I have free time before and in between classes to drop by. I am free in the mornings before 10 a.m. and in the afternoons after 4 p.m. I also have a lot of availability on the weekends. About: I've taken care of my own dogs my whole life; in fact, my first word was dog. I have a German Shepherd named Valerie and a Basenji named Sandy who fight like sisters. My duties have included making sure they are fed, fit, and loved. I love playing fetch and tug-of-war with them and giving them belly rubs! I've made sure they stay healthy by giving them any meds they need as they get older and brushing them weekly (even though they still shed like crazy!). I've also taken care of neighbors' dogs, feeding and taking them on walks while their owners were away. I've taken care of neighbors' cats too, cleaning out litter boxes and coming to play with them if they're in the mood! Looking forward to meeting all of your fur babies too! I'm a college student heading into my junior year and missing my dogs back home. I have a lot of availability to check in on pets or take them for walks around my class schedule, and I'm available for overnight stays any day of the week. I will care for pets in my client's home with the same respect and affection I care for my pets back home. About: We would love for your dog to come and hangout and be cared for by us! We have a 4 year old dog who loves to meet new friends I currently work from home and can also offer overnight stays! I have a flexible schedule and can take your dog for walks or to the park. We have an outdoor area and walking trail at our house, so your dog will get plenty of exercise! We have a crate and dog bed that can be used.
