“Kelly will treat your pet like they’re her own! I asked her to drop in a couple of times in my home to take care of my cat, Paul, while I was out of town during Thanksgiving. She was very communicative and you can tell from the pictures my spoiled cat is very happy with her.”

About: I’ve grown up with chihuahuas and currently have a 7 month old chihuahua/miniature pincher names Rockett! Taking care of your fur baby is my highest priority I am working a full time job with pretty flexible hours. I’m a teacher during most of the year but dog walking keeps me active during the summer. I am unable to take pets into my apartment but more than willing to come to your home or take your pup out for a fun play date. I am close to Roy Guerrero park if your fur baby requires longer walks
“Danielle was wonderful - she’s a great communicator, very kind and caring and made me feel very assured that my cat with special care needs was well taken care of while I was abroad. Highly highly recommend her as a sitter, your pet will be in great hands!!”

“James has been such a great sitter for my baby girl, Reese. I’ve moved around a lot in recent years, and I’ve found it’s a challenge to find someone who 1) shows up on time and 2) respects my home (takes off their shoes without me asking. Finding someone who does both AND cares for my animal as if she were their own is a real bonus, and James definitely exemplifies this rare trio. Very grateful for him!”

“Julia was the best cat sitter I’ve ever had! She was so communicative and spent extra time with my kitties. I have an elder cat and she did an amazing job administering her meds. Will definitely be hiring her again. 10/10 recommend for other cat parents!”

“Katie did an amazing job caring for Harlow while I was away! Her report cards were very detailed and she took many adorable photos. I would love to work with Katie again in the future!”

About: Caring for animals has been part of my life since I was a kid, from checking in on a neighbor’s pet to hosting overnight stays. I’m comfortable with dogs of all sizes and temperaments—senior pets are especially dear to me—understanding the extra care and attention they often need. From gentle routines to specialized care, I’m experienced in making sure older pets feel safe, comfortable, and loved. No matter your pet’s age or needs, I provide a calm, caring environment where they’ll feel right at home. I currently have a flexible hybrid schedule, which means plenty of time to care for your pups! Whether they need overnight boarding or just some extra attention, I’ll make sure they feel right at home. I’m available for overnight stays starting at 4 PM—happy to provide a cozy, caring environment while you’re away! Your pup’s comfort, safety, and happiness are my top priorities! My apartment complex features a spacious, well-maintained dog park with a wonderful community of dogs and pet parents—perfect for social pups who love to play. But if your furry friend prefers a quieter experience, I’m happy to accommodate their needs. I understand that every dog is unique, and I’m comfortable providing specialized care, whether that means crating, reinforcing training routines, managing special diets, or administering medications. Senior dogs hold a special place in my heart, and I have extensive experience caring for them. Plus, living on the first floor means easy access with no stairs—gentler on aging joints.

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember. I have always had my own dog (inside dog, outside dog, sometimes both). I have entered and won obedience and showmanship shows with my dogs. I trained two of my dogs in 4-H for over 5 years. Growing up with pets has allowed me to develop a strong love for all kinds of animals. When caring for others’ animals, I always keep in mind how I would want my own animal to be treated. I am currently working on my teaching certificate which is completely online! This allows me to make my own schedule. I am available mornings, afternoons, and evenings! I live in an apartment. I am open to cat/dog sitting depending on the breed. I live in a very walkable area where I can take the animals outside when needed.

Parker Lane pet parents share their Rover experiences
My first time on Rover and Laura was WONDERFUL! I felt very safe leaving my sensitive babies in their care. I will absolutely be re-booking for future cat needs and have already give her info to a close friend who has some fears around leaving her baby with a stranger, like me.

We can’t recommend Nicole enough! She took EXCELLENT care of our 4 kitties. Besides the daily photos and insight into how the visit went, she also made sure to give them supervised outdoor time (per our request) and so much love. It’s obvious how much she loves the animals in her care, as though they’re her own. She alerted us to an AC outage in our place and set up fans to help with the heat until it could be fixed. Truly above and beyond what we expected and we will 10000000% be booking her in the future!

Nicky goes above and beyond!! She always gives me detailed updates during her visits and I know that she’s taking good care of my cat while I’m away. I’ve had bad Rover experiences in the past so it’s been great to find someone that I trust. She is the best!
