About: I’ve basically always had a dog in my home until recently. I raised my rescue pit from about 2 to 16. Since her passing, I have dog sat for friends and coworkers, both in my home and their homes. Any age/breed is my favorite! Whether it’s a 4 month old puppy to a senior, I will give them the same care I’d give my own pet. I work full time Monday-Thursday until 5pm and am available all day Friday-Sunday. I am available to do walks after 5pm Monday-Thursday and anytime Friday-Sunday. When I’m pet sitting I typically go straight home after work and hang out with them the rest of the evening. My favorite part of the day is coming home to a happy, wiggly butt. While doing doggie day care, you can expect routine walks, couch cuddles and playtime. In a clients home, I am there to help keep that pets routine so I will care for them in whatever way you would like me to. I’m willing to take them on walks, run around in the yard or even go on doggie play dates if they are accustomed to that. In my own home, I do live in an apartment but I have a dog park and I typically take them on walks every 4 hours or as needed. They are also allowed to sleep in my bed or feel free to bring their own. No need to be crate trained but preferred if they tend to be destructive at times. I also live close to Zilker Park if they enjoy going for walks at the trail!

About: My name is Abigail, and I have two dachshunds names Coco and Addie. Addie is 13 years old and Coco is 12. I love my dogs and I know how stressful it feels like to have to leave your babies in someone else's care. I hope to help alleviate some of that stress and to have a good time with your pup! I am available 7 days a week for drop in visits and dog walks or trips to the park. I can also help with medication and wound care on a case by case basis. Please reach out to me if that is something you need help with! While your dogs are with me, I will give them lots of belly rubs and ear scratches, and we will have fun playing together. I will send you pictures and updates of your dogs enjoying themselves during our time together. I am looking forward to having fun with your dogs! Thank you for considering me! I require harnesses for dog walks for my safety and for the safety of your pups as well! If you do not have one of your own, I will use one of mine that I bring with me. Please let me know if your pups are reactive to other dogs or environmental factors (bicycles, skateboards, wheelchairs, etc). This will not prevent me from caring for your pup but will help me care for them better and safer! I am typically available any time on weekdays for drop in visits and walks, and am available 9am-9pm on weekends for drop in visits and walks. If you have needs outside of these hours, please message me and we’ll see if we can work something out! I like to establish trust with your pup with treats and love before we leave for our walk. I’m also happy to just play with them in the home if that is preferred.

About: I grew up in homes with animals of all kinds and even had the privilege of loving and training some of my own furry friends. I’m patient and adaptable to different needs from animal to animal. I only sit at animals homes currently because I find they do better in their own environments. Overall, I’m very open to the specific needs of the pet and parent. I work from home and my work days are mostly flexible which allows me to give as much time and attention as needed to each animal. I prefer to inquire and understand what normal is for you and your pet and adjust to this during my sit with them. I tend to keep things as normal and calm as possible for the animal.

About: I've taken care of my own dogs my whole life; in fact, my first word was dog. I have a German Shepherd named Valerie and a Basenji named Sandy who fight like sisters. My duties have included making sure they are fed, fit, and loved. I love playing fetch and tug-of-war with them and giving them belly rubs! I've made sure they stay healthy by giving them any meds they need as they get older and brushing them weekly (even though they still shed like crazy!). I've also taken care of neighbors' dogs, feeding and taking them on walks while their owners were away. I've taken care of neighbors' cats too, cleaning out litter boxes and coming to play with them if they're in the mood! Looking forward to meeting all of your fur babies too! I'm a college student heading into my junior year and missing my dogs back home. I have a lot of availability to check in on pets or take them for walks around my class schedule, and I'm available for overnight stays any day of the week. I will care for pets in my client's home with the same respect and affection I care for my pets back home. I believe animals are highly intelligent, sweet creatures, each with their own personalities and preferences, and I aim to cater to them whenever possible!
