Fenced in yard! Lots of play!
We have a great fenced in yard that our pups love to play in, plenty of toys and tennis balls to play with, and lots of spots to sunbathe. We have two dogs who love having friends to play with and one wonderful, dog friendly kitty. There's always another pup to play chase or tug with! We live in a great neighborhood with sidewalks for daily walks. We love to take to take our pups to swim, hike, and play at all the awesome spots around Austin. We live across from a dog park, so if your dog is great off leash, we can spend some time running around there! I have volunteered with our local shelters, worked in veterinary offices, and have been an active foster. I am very reliable, responsible, and know how hard it is to leave your furry friend behind! They will have a blast on their own pup vacation! We are pretty laid back, pups have free roam, and we are in and out of the backyard all day. We prefer to crate our younger guests if we need to go out, but the rest of the time they have free roam (supervised of course). Pups are welcome to sleep on the couch, in a dog bed, in their crate, or hop on the bed if there's room! I will send you pictures & updates throughout your pup's stay. We are available for boarding, daycare, daily walks, drop in visits, and field trips. We also do drop in visits for cats as well. Great communication and took good care of my pup. Asked thoughtful questions, gave play time, and made sure to look out for his eating and sleeping while he was away from home! Looking forward to next time.
Kristen boarded my dog, Chai, for a weekend and did a wonderful job. Chai was clearly well cared for and had plenty of time to play, relax, and nap. Kristen sent daily updates with photos, which gave me so much peace of mind and helped me fully enjoy my time away without worrying. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kristen to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog boarder.

Kristen was awesome! She should also be a dog photographer for the amazing photos she sent of our pups. Highly recommend

I do work part time out of the home during the day during the week, but I am available outside of that for pet care.

Une journée type
A typical day involves walks in a dog friendly neighborhood, trips to the park across the street, hanging out in our fenced in yard with kiddie pools to splash in, or in the A/C if it's too hot. There are always other pups to play with, lots of toys (we get Barkbox) and of course - lots of love and treats!
