Lilia was warm and welcoming and my dog got along very well with her dog Paisley. She sent me photos and updates throughout the stay and was very flexible with my drop off and pick up schedule. My pup had so much fun and was in great hands with Lilia. I will definitely be booking with her again.”
“I think this was Abby's 5th time with Savannah and Gabriel. They are great with her. Abby is a handful as she is only 8 months old and still doing typical puppy things. I like that S and G meet me outside their apt building, so I just hand Abby over to them. They take up her bag of food and toys, and her crate and framed puppy pad, so I can be on my way. Same when I come to pick Abby up. They have one dog, also a shih tzu. I like that they do have a playmate for Abby and also that they just have one dog and she's a small one like Abby. As I've said before, their apartment is immaculate and very nice and so is their dog. So I know that Abby won't be finding stuff on their floor to chew up and swallow. (She's still in that phase.) They also have pee pads, a playpen, nice beds, etc. S and G always keep me informed with photos while I'm away. I'm so glad I found them.”

“I truly cannot say enough incredible things about Bassam. I booked with him on less than 24 hours notice during a stressful situation, and he showed up in every possible way, and then some. While traveling on a work trip, my pup had a medical emergency, and Bassam didn’t hesitate for a second. He took him to the vet on my behalf, carefully followed through on all instructions, administered medications, managed diaper changes, kept him clean and comfortable, and closely monitored his behavior every step of the way. The level of attentiveness, responsibility, and compassion he showed gave me complete peace of mind in a situation that could have easily been overwhelming. Communication was exceptional. He sent frequent updates, photos, and videos throughout each day, which made such a difference in helping me feel connected and reassured while I was away. Beyond the emergency care, it’s clear that Bassam genuinely loves what he does. He has created a true “pet oasis” at his home. My boys had the best time exploring his huge backyard, playing, sniffing, and socializing with other pups. They came home happy, relaxed, and clearly well cared for. So she always makes sure to share pictures consistently and share any updates as needed. I feel at ease and have peace of mind whenever Sossi and family are sitting my dog :)
We were very lucky to have Cienne take care of our dog while we were on a 5-day vacation. She was very flexible with our drop off and pick up times. She provided multiple updates with photos daily. Our dog seemed very happy when we picked him up. He was definitely well taken care of!
Christopher was great with our dog Charli! She can be a little shy sometimes, but she warmed up to him quickly, we got updates with pictures frequently, and his dog is very friendly, not only to people, but also to other dogs. Would absolutely recommend Chris 10/10
Laura is great with my fur baby. This was an extended stay while I was out of town. Laura sent me regular pictures and updates and always responded promptly when I had questions. My dog settled into her house and seemed happy and relaxed in pictures. I will schedule Laura again when I need boarding services.
Lilia was amazing with our dog! We just moved to Austin and we were so nervous to leave her with someone we didn’t know, but Lilia put all of our nerves at ease pretty much immediately. She was so confident, reassuring, and kind. We are so thankful to have found her and would recommend her to anyone who might be a little nervous to try this platform out for the first time!
Yesenia took such great care of our two pups while we were out of state for 11 days. She sent pictures and videos daily keeping us informed on their activities which kept the anxiety of being away that long at bay. She also provided dog food/water bowls, beds, and toys so we didn’t have to pack up ours! We’re very thankful for her services. <3
100/10 I am only giving 5 stars because that is the most I can give. Seriously, if you need a pet sitter, look no further! Marlo is the absolute best! She was able to board my dog, Mr. Bingley for an extended period of time while I went out of town for a family emergency. She was so diligent in keeping with my fur baby’s feeding schedule, walking him, making sure he was safe and happy. She even went out of her way to tend to him while he was sick and was ready to take him to the vet. Thankfully, it did not come to that, but she continued to monitor him. She kept me updated nightly with how he was doing and sent pictures nearly every day. I will certainly be booking with Marlo again and cannot stress enough just how wonderful she is with pets.
Excellent communication, received many updates and photos!
