Lilia was warm and welcoming and my dog got along very well with her dog Paisley. She sent me photos and updates throughout the stay and was very flexible with my drop off and pick up schedule. He can be anxious and he takes time getting comfortable with strangers, but within 20 minutes they were already bonding. She was very responsive and communicative throughout this experience. She sent the right amount of updates, so I was able to enjoy my time away without any worries. After 5 days with her, he barely wanted to come back home with me! About: Hi, I'm austin-native Amanda! I've had dogs my entire life and have been the primary caregiver for my own dog, Bug, since he was a puppy. He's now 8 years old, so I've experienced every stage of a dog's life from energetic puppy days to establishing routines and adapting to changing needs as they get older. I currently have a flexible schedule and spend most of my day at home, which allows me to provide plenty of attention, walks, playtime, and companionship. Whether your dog enjoys playing, exploring on walks, or simply relaxing, I'm happy to tailor their care to what makes them happiest. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I have a secure, shaded fenced dog park at my apartment for safe outdoor time, and during the Texas summer I plan activities around the heat with shorter walks, shade, water breaks, and indoor play when needed. I know how much our pets mean to us because I feel the same way about Bug. My goal is to make sure your dog feels safe, comfortable, and loved while you're away, and to give you peace of mind knowing they're in caring, dependable hands. I currently have a very flexible schedule and spend most of my day at home, so I have plenty of time to provide attentive care, walks, playtime, and potty breaks. My own dog, Bug, keeps me on a consistent routine, and I enjoy getting outside for walks and making sure dogs get the attention and exercise they need. I'm available for daytime care, walks, drop-in visits, and can often accommodate evenings and weekends with advance notice. I have a secure, fenced dog park at my apartment with plenty of shade, so dogs have a safe place to go outside without spending too much time on hot pavement during the Texas summer. There's also plenty of space and toys to play with in my nice airconditioned apartment. :) I know every dog has different routines and needs, so I'm happy to follow your instructions for feeding, walks, medications, crating, or any other care preferences.
