About: I’m Jacob, a full time nurse, looking for a side hustle to help pay off my student loans :) If you trust me with your pet(s) I will make them my top priority. I will shower them with attention, and take lots of pictures to update you with about our day. I work 3 days a week. I have plenty of free time during the week for your pet’s needs. It would be such a fulfilling past time for me to care for your animals. I live alone in a quiet apartment with no other animals. There’s a good amount of space. Quick and easy walk to the trail around lady bird lake.

I was leaving for a day trip and needed someone to stay with my girl. Steve was easy to book and communicative throughout the entire process. We had a couple hours of overlap between me leaving and him coming in to take care of her. Within the first few minutes of meeting him and discussing her needs, I could tell he was going to be able to win my pup over. He kept me updated and let me know how she was doing at several points. It was so reassuring to have an attentive individual keep her happy and let me be worry-free for my trip. Thanks, Steven, for your patience and I appreciate you being so warm towards my pup! About: I have been blessed with many wonderful pets in my life, both big and small! I currently own a horse, Felix. Unfortunately, my dog Alfie passed at 17 years old in January. Although I am not quite ready for a new in home pet of my own, I'd love to help you with yours! I have owned both cats and dogs through my life from puppy/kitten stage to senior life. I have experience with watching dogs, cats, and horses. I have no problem administering medication and I'm comfortable with all ages, sizes, and breeds. 95% of my job is working from home, because of that I am quite flexible in my schedule. On occasion, I do travel for work/personal but will do my best to keep my Rover calendar up to date. My home is pet free, which means your pup will get my full attention! I live in a 2 bedroom apartment. I have a nice sized patio that is fully covered. The area has a lot of green space and sidewalks perfect for a long stroll. There is also a dog park available if your dog particularly enjoys being social. I allow dogs on my furniture and bed, however have no issue with sticking to the rules if that is not part of your daily routine.

You can tell they really just love animals so dearly, and we are so grateful that our girls had someone as loving and kind as Sage to watch them while we were away.
