About: My name is Becky and I moved to Austin in 2018 from Miami. I grew up with indoor/outdoor cats and smaller dogs. I work a 8-4 Monday-Friday job but am available after 4:30pm anywhere in Austin and during the week and midday for South Austin visits/walks. I currently the proud parent of an orange tabby and regularly dog and cat sit. I love a chance to meet a new buddy. I am a quick drive to anywhere in Central Austin and work down south for an after work or lunch hour walk. Always looking for an excuse to go for a walk and I would love to show your fur baby around. I love when I’m watching a dog to go out on a quick and then longer walk in the day. I like to give the animal the first time I meet them some space and let them approach me. About: I’ve worked at an Animal Hospital for 3 years and have more knowledge on pet care and health than most! My friends have relied on me to take care of their dogs and cats when they’re out of town or unable to come home during their work day. Whether that’s just hanging out in their space, taking them on walks, administering meds, or having play time, the pets in my care are sure to feel safe and loved in my company. I’m currently on my self discovery journey and not working at a full or part time job. So, I’m pretty available, outside of taking care of my own kitties. When coming into you and your pets space, I make sure to discuss with you any behaviors your animal might display. It can be a little scary to meet a new person sometimes, so talking about whether or not your pet does best with being praised, given treats, or giving them their own space to come to you, will be a big part in developing that trust with them. I’m willing to work with you and your pets needs, however that looks!

By staying at your home, I’m able to maintain their 'territorial peace' and follow their exact daily rhythms without the stress of a kennel or a new location. ​My focus is on being a guest in their world. Since I work remotely as an independent consultant, I’m able to treat your home with the utmost respect while providing your pets with the constant, steady companionship they crave. You get the peace of mind of a house sitter, and they get to keep their favorite spot on the couch. As an independent consultant, I work entirely from my laptop, which gives me a very flexible and consistent schedule. Pet care doesn't just 'fit into' my day—it is my day. I prefer to work alongside my four-legged 'co-workers,' providing them with constant company, mid-day play sessions, and plenty of affection. Because I don't have an office to go to, your pets will have a steady, reassuring presence in the home from morning until night, ensuring their routine never skips a beat. I exclusively provide care in your home because I believe that is where pets feel most safe and truly themselves. I treat your home as a sanctuary, maintaining a calm, low-stress environment and keeping everything meticulously clean. I am deeply observant of animal body language and 'energy,' allowing me to anticipate their needs—whether they need a quiet nap, a fresh bowl of water, or some extra reassurance. About: I’ve personally taken care of dogs and cats for over the last 15 years and currently have my own pup! I have never met a dog I didn’t immediately love and my partner calls me a dog whisperer because of how great I can bond with them. I currently work full time at Dirty Dog - Grooming and Boarding so my schedule is very fluid and I’m often available during the day on weekdays as well as weekends. My partner also works from home so there is always an extra set of helping hands when needed! In my time off, I enjoy reading, paddle boarding on the lake, practicing yoga, and a new hobby of mine - rock painting! I would love to add taking care of other people’s fur babies to my list of activities (: In my own home, my dog and dogs I’m sitting will get frequent walks and visits to the local dog park. We also have plenty of space and toys for animals to enjoy themselves inside my home. In terms of trust, I will always follow a pets lead when it comes to how they’re feeling and what their needs are. Making sure an animal feels comfortable and safe will always be top priority.

I have years of experience pet sitting and pet walking for friends, family, and beyond. I’m currently in school Tuesday and Thursday, in between jobs and have lots of experience with all types of pets. I am currently going to school Tuesdays and Thursdays. I am free Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with plenty of time to walk your fur babies! Before the walks I check the pavement to make sure it’s not too hot for their paws, carry extra potty bags and fresh water.

I worked as a dog trainer for two years with wonder, dog training and games. I have cared for just about every kind of animal that there is growing up I even had parrots and turtles! I am dependable. I have an excellent demeanor I am quite flexible and I take pride and ensuring that your pet gets the greatest care that it possibly can well also ensuring that your pet has a fun time. I appreciate your consideration and hope that we may work together! I work from home in a clean organized environment with plenty of room for pets to roam. My spacious yard is fenced in and provides an excellent place for your pet to get its proper exercise since I work from home I am able to care for pets from sunrise to sunset and everything in between. I am very flexible with my schedule and able to meet any expectations given to me whatever you may need I can probably accommodate. My care is comprehensive, attentive, and completely flexible. I have experience training and I am up-to-date on all of the latest science pertaining to pet care. I work from home and have a completely clear schedule in which I can care for your pet however, you desire my general schedule is usually to wake up take the pets for a walk and bathroom then breakfast time they will receive another walk between morning and lunch and then another at lunchtime at which point lunch can be served dependent on your pets eating schedule. They will receive another walk between lunch and dinner and then a walk at dinner at which time dinner can be served. They will receive another walk before I go to bed and anything that needs to be done in between all of this I am able to do and I believe that I can meet your expectations whatever the case

At home, I have my own young pup, so I'm happy to match your dog's energy—active walks or relaxed couch time." My schedule is wide open right now, so I can offer flexible availability for any walks, drop-ins, or sitting—including weekdays, evenings, and last-minute requests. :) I don't have a private yard, but my apartment complex offers plenty of space, and I'm close to great parks like Zilker for walks and playtime. At home, my own senior cat is calm and sleeps most of the day, while my pup is energetic but well crate trained, so your pet will be in a safe, comfortable environment.
