About: I’ve spent my whole life taking care of pets and I have gained experience both in professional and personal settings. I have worked with a wide variety of dogs and cats with all kinds of routines and care needs and have no trouble adapting! I am available during mid June to mid September 2026 since I’m an out of state college student and this is my summer break! I am available for most of the week and can be flexible. Caring for your pet(s) in your home won’t be much of a hassle for me! I’ll be keeping an eye on your pet(s) at all times and will keep to whatever routine you give me. If you’re worried about playtime and cuddles, there’s no need because I plan to give your pet(s) all the attention they deserve and more!

About: I’ve worked at an Animal Hospital for 3 years and have more knowledge on pet care and health than most! My friends have relied on me to take care of their dogs and cats when they’re out of town or unable to come home during their work day. Whether that’s just hanging out in their space, taking them on walks, administering meds, or having play time, the pets in my care are sure to feel safe and loved in my company. I’m currently on my self discovery journey and not working at a full or part time job. So, I’m pretty available, outside of taking care of my own kitties. When coming into you and your pets space, I make sure to discuss with you any behaviors your animal might display. It can be a little scary to meet a new person sometimes, so talking about whether or not your pet does best with being praised, given treats, or giving them their own space to come to you, will be a big part in developing that trust with them. I’m willing to work with you and your pets needs, however that looks!

About: I've been petsitting since I was 12, I love animals and will treat your pets like they are my own family! I’m incredibly dedicated to being reliable, attentive, and to making sure your pet feels safe, happy, and loved while you are away. I'm currently on summer break before college so I'm free pretty much anytime! I currently have other pet sitting as well as babysitting clients which are both pretty flexible. I am always respectful of other peoples homes and will be very mindful of your space while taking care of your pet. I always leave spaces exactly as I found them, make sure doors and gates are securely locked, and will keep you updated with pictures of your pet as often as you want.

About: I’ve taken care of high energy puppies that love to run around as well as low energy dogs that love to play ball on repeat. I’ve raised puppies and have 3 of my own. Whether is a nice long walk or an hour game of fetch and running around I got you covered. On Tuesday-Thursday I am available from 6am - 12pm. On Friday-Saturday I am available all day. On Sundays I am available from 6am - 2pm. Food and water bowl are constantly available and filled but can be adjusted for scheduled feeding. Access to outside and indoor playtime is no problem.

“I was incredibly nervous about leaving my two dogs in the care of someone else, as one of them has lots of anxiety issues and can be reactive with people and other dogs. But Dale did incredible and had no issues. He was super patient with my reactive dog and was super mindful about all my concerns. I was so so anxious and left a whole essay of information/instructions he needed to know and he made sure to keep all of that in mind. I will definitely keep him in mind for future sitter needs.”

About: I’ve personally taken care of dogs and cats for over the last 15 years and currently have my own pup! I have never met a dog I didn’t immediately love and my partner calls me a dog whisperer because of how great I can bond with them. I currently work full time at Dirty Dog - Grooming and Boarding so my schedule is very fluid and I’m often available during the day on weekdays as well as weekends. My partner also works from home so there is always an extra set of helping hands when needed! In my time off, I enjoy reading, paddle boarding on the lake, practicing yoga, and a new hobby of mine - rock painting! I would love to add taking care of other people’s fur babies to my list of activities (: In my own home, my dog and dogs I’m sitting will get frequent walks and visits to the local dog park. We also have plenty of space and toys for animals to enjoy themselves inside my home. In terms of trust, I will always follow a pets lead when it comes to how they’re feeling and what their needs are. Making sure an animal feels comfortable and safe will always be top priority.

About: My name is Becky and I moved to Austin in 2018 from Miami. I grew up with indoor/outdoor cats and smaller dogs. I work a 8-4 Monday-Friday job but am available after 4:30pm anywhere in Austin and during the week and midday for South Austin visits/walks. “This was our first time using Rover and it’s been a wonderful experience! We needed someone to take our two pups for daily walks for the week we were away (our house sitter worked all day). Abby was our girl and she did a fantastic job! Before we went away, Abby made time to come over, meet our girls, and see how we do things. So attentive and caring, we were able to enjoy our vacation so much knowing our little ones were getting the attention they needed. The daily photos and updates were awesome - she even gave us some of the best photos we have of our June! We would definitely hire Abby again!”
