About: I’ve personally taken care of dogs and cats for over the last 15 years and currently have my own pup! I have never met a dog I didn’t immediately love and my partner calls me a dog whisperer because of how great I can bond with them. I currently work full time at Dirty Dog - Grooming and Boarding so my schedule is very fluid and I’m often available during the day on weekdays as well as weekends. My partner also works from home so there is always an extra set of helping hands when needed! In my time off, I enjoy reading, paddle boarding on the lake, practicing yoga, and a new hobby of mine - rock painting! I would love to add taking care of other people’s fur babies to my list of activities (: In my own home, my dog and dogs I’m sitting will get frequent walks and visits to the local dog park. We also have plenty of space and toys for animals to enjoy themselves inside my home. In terms of trust, I will always follow a pets lead when it comes to how they’re feeling and what their needs are. Making sure an animal feels comfortable and safe will always be top priority.

About: I’ve been on Rover for a number of months now, had some experiences on the way but for the most part people love their pets and I love caring for them. Caring for your pet is a good way for me to get my steps in and I love getting to know their personalities. Open availability, I just have to schedule around my other responsibilities, I work from home and have a flexible schedule. Reach out and we’ll find something that works for the both of us! I will be arriving upon your location finding the nearest park and walking in the shadiest area possible, depending on your dog we could go to the nearest dog park and play off leash, all walks will be leashed, allowing the dog time to sniff and ponder.

About: I’ve been taking care of animals since I was a little girl. I have been around all types of animals, including even horses and taking care of them. I have watched neighbors/friends and families animals when they are out of town for extended periods of time and treat their fur babies as I would my own. I am currently unemployed and on the job hunt, but would love to spend most of my free time with animals. This is a plus as I would have ample amount of time to spend with your fur babies! I have 2 cats at home, with a large balcony for sun bathing. My bathroom is large enough to house a small crate or extra litter box if needed for home visits.

I have ample puppy experience (raised my Bernese Mountain Dog from when he was 9 weeks old), and have received professional training in proper e-collar usage. About: I have many years of experience helping pets adjust to new homes. I've been a volunteer and foster for various pet rescues around Austin. I've cared for injured and recouperating pets and believe that a consistent routine is key to achieving success. I have a flexible schedule and while I do walk and care for my own dogs, I can make time for yours too. I mean who doesn't want to play with dogs and cats all day? I've always kept a tight schedule and routine in my home. Walking, feeding, treats and toys have a time and place. The pets are allowed on the furniture but need to ask first. We have a doggie door but have utilized crate training as well. I have a tripod doggo who has some limitations jumping/walking/swimming.

About: Howdy! I live in South Austin and offer over 10 years of pet watching experience with positive reviews from both Rover clients and personal friends. Through the years I've watched not only cats and dogs but bunnies, chickens, ducks, and even a hermit crab. I am comfortable around dogs of all sizes and energy levels. I prefer watching dogs 1 year or older and have experience with dogs leash and crate training. Senior dogs are no problem (I've cared for a 20 year old blind Chihuahua before). My goal as a pet sitter is to take over the pet's normal routine and reduce any anxiety while the owner is away. That can include everything from walks, trips to the park, administering medicine, and playtime. I will stay in your home for the duration of the stay and follow any rules discussed during book. As a house guest, I am clean and courteous. I am currently working full time (35 - 38 hours) 5 days a week/8 hour shifts. I know my schedule three weeks in advanced and can share this information with you prior to booking. My normal routine is to feed and walk the dogs immediately before and after work. My way to build trust between clients and pets is to follow the rules of the house and respect the animal's space. I am always available by phone throughout the stay and I provide timely (and cute) photos. If there was an emergency, I would alert you immediately and provide frequent updates.

About: My wife and I own a beauty studio which allows us to have a pretty flexible schedule. We like to use our extra time to help out. I've always had a passion for dogs and love spending time with our mini Aussie Maui. Our dog is super friendly! He loves kids and other dogs and seems to always have a huge smile on his face. I love taking our pup on long walks on the Greenbelt and for swims around the hill country. I've been a dog owner for 30+ years and I am confident I'll provide a safe and positive experience for you and your dog! Fortunately my schedule is super flexible. I'm able to work whenever I like which makes working with animals extremely convenient. My wife and I have a dog of our own, but we're often fostering dogs or caring for dogs via Rover. Dogs are a huge passion of mine, and I'm incredibly thankful I can help out! We have a fenced backyard. We also have extra dog beds, food and water bowls, leashes, collars and harnesses as well as tons of toys and treats. We have baby gates and play pens. Large and small kennels. We have a baby pool for pups to play in during the summer in our backyard. We also have everything needed to bathe and groom pups if they get a little messy. Our cars have either doggy hammocks or a puppy chair. We have just about everything you can think of a dog might need.
