About: I have had 5 dogs throughout my my life. 2 Weimaraners, 2 Pomeranians, and a mini golden doodle. Currently my mini golden doodle lives with me in Austin. I love dogs and spending quality time with them as well as going on walks. I am very good at training a dog to heel on a leash as well as being patient with dogs. I am currently working full time so I have more availability in the afternoons after 5:30 pm and am usually free on the weekends. I will not be able to bring others pets into my home because of my own dogs but am more than happy to come play with them at their home and take them on walks.

About: I’ve worked at an Animal Hospital for 3 years and have more knowledge on pet care and health than most! My friends have relied on me to take care of their dogs and cats when they’re out of town or unable to come home during their work day. Whether that’s just hanging out in their space, taking them on walks, administering meds, or having play time, the pets in my care are sure to feel safe and loved in my company. I’m currently on my self discovery journey and not working at a full or part time job. So, I’m pretty available, outside of taking care of my own kitties. When coming into you and your pets space, I make sure to discuss with you any behaviors your animal might display. It can be a little scary to meet a new person sometimes, so talking about whether or not your pet does best with being praised, given treats, or giving them their own space to come to you, will be a big part in developing that trust with them. I’m willing to work with you and your pets needs, however that looks!

About: I’ve grown up with and taken care of animals all my life. I have a 9 year old cat and 15 month old dog. They are my pride and joy. I also have experience with elderly dogs and cats. I am currently in between jobs and have plenty of time on my hands. I am available to pet sit all week and most weekends. I live in an apartment complex with a dog park. I also have a 15 month old pup who I take for walks at least 3 times a day. He’s great with other dogs both small and large and he lives with a cat. He’ll keep your pets company.

About: I've taken care of my own dogs my whole life; in fact, my first word was dog. I have a German Shepherd named Valerie and a Basenji named Sandy who fight like sisters. My duties have included making sure they are fed, fit, and loved. I love playing fetch and tug-of-war with them and giving them belly rubs! I've made sure they stay healthy by giving them any meds they need as they get older and brushing them weekly (even though they still shed like crazy!). I've also taken care of neighbors' dogs, feeding and taking them on walks while their owners were away. I've taken care of neighbors' cats too, cleaning out litter boxes and coming to play with them if they're in the mood! Looking forward to meeting all of your fur babies too! I'm a college student heading into my junior year and missing my dogs back home. I have a lot of availability to check in on pets or take them for walks around my class schedule, and I'm available for overnight stays any day of the week. I will care for pets in my client's home with the same respect and affection I care for my pets back home. I believe animals are highly intelligent, sweet creatures, each with their own personalities and preferences, and I aim to cater to them whenever possible!

About: I’ve spent my whole life taking care of pets and I have gained experience both in professional and personal settings. I have worked with a wide variety of dogs and cats with all kinds of routines and care needs and have no trouble adapting! I’ll be available for most of December of 2026 since I’m an out of state college student and this is my winter break. I am available for most of the week and can be flexible! Caring for your pet(s) in your home won’t be much of a hassle for me! I’ll be keeping an eye on your pet(s) at all times and will keep to whatever routine you give me. If you’re worried about playtime and cuddles, there’s no need because I plan to give your pet(s) all the attention they deserve and more!

About: I’ve taken care of high energy puppies that love to run around as well as low energy dogs that love to play ball on repeat. I’ve raised puppies and have 3 of my own. Whether is a nice long walk or an hour game of fetch and running around I got you covered. On Tuesday-Thursday I am available from 6am - 12pm. On Friday-Saturday I am available all day. On Sundays I am available from 6am - 2pm. Food and water bowl are constantly available and filled but can be adjusted for scheduled feeding. Access to outside and indoor playtime is no problem.

About: Cooper and I love all animals. I’ve had dogs for 20+ years and have had multiple years of experience caring for dogs of all shapes and sizes. I promise your furry friend will be in good hands! I work full time, but can let dogs out during my lunch hour and can take care of dogs after 5 pm during the work week. On the weekends, we are fully able to take care of dogs throughout the day. We live in an apartment complex but have close access to the trail and an open dog park. I have a corgi; but can crate if needed. Your dogs safety is my first concern. Whatever you need, we can adapt!

About: Do you have a dachshund that you’re nervous to leave in someone else’s care because of how unique they are? I completely understand. I was the same way with mine. Dachshunds have their own little quirks, and their backs require some extra care. I know how important it is to have someone who understands how to properly pick them up and why you don’t want them constantly jumping off beds or couches. My home has stairs leading up to both, so they can get where they want to go without putting unnecessary stress on their backs. My husband and I also work from home full-time with flexible jobs, so your Velcro pup won’t be left alone. I’m able to give them lots of attention, hang out with them throughout the day, and take them outside as many times as they need. 5–6 times a day? No worries! I’ve watched multiple dachshunds for friends I’ve met through our local dachshund meetup, and I’ve really enjoyed getting to know each of them and their little personalities. I know how much trust it takes to leave your dachshund with someone else, and I want you to feel completely comfortable knowing they’re in good hands. I decided to offer my services on Rover because I know what it’s like to be new to town and not have someone you trust to watch your dog. If you’re looking for someone who already understands dachshunds and all their little quirks, I’d love to meet you and your pup! My husband and I work from home every day, so we are at the beck and call of your pup! Whatever they need, I can provide: all day cuddles, potty outside breaks, mid-day walks… you name it. I have a knack for reading animal behavior- dogs have very clear warning signs when they’re on edge, shy, excited, etc. I will make sure your pet stays safe and comfortable and avoid any situations that may cause any doubt

About: I’ve spent pretty much my entire life surrounded by animals. Growing up in Greece, my parents and I regularly took in stray dogs and cats and gave them permanent homes. At our peak, we had four dogs and six cats at the same time, most of whom simply walked into our backyard one day and apparently thought, “Yep, this will do!” They never left. Since moving to Austin five years ago, I’ve been pet sitting for friends and, thanks to word of mouth, friends of friends (and eventually people I had never met, which I take as a good sign). I’ve cared for dogs and cats of different breeds, sizes, ages, and personalities, and have been trusted with walks, check-ins, feeding, playtime, and overnight stays. I’m very comfortable around animals and fully accept that while you’re away, your pet is the boss and I’m merely the staff. And yes, that’s Anna, our Westie, in my profile picture. She still lives with my parents in Greece, and whenever I FaceTime them, she is required to appear on screen first. My parents have accepted their place in the hierarchy. I’m a graduate student at UT, which gives me a pretty flexible schedule. Even on days when I need to be on campus, I often come home during my lunch break.
 My days usually start around 6 a.m. with a workout and wind down around 10 p.m. with a book in bed, so I’m happy to accommodate both early risers and pets who take their beauty sleep very seriously. Walks, playtime, meals, check-ins, and plenty of attention can easily fit into my daily routine. If your pet loves a routine, I’m your person. I know how much animals rely on familiarity, especially when their humans are away, so I’ll follow their normal feeding, walking, medication, and bedtime routines as closely as possible. I’m active and always happy to go for a long neighborhood walk—or, if you live downtown, your dog and I may become regulars on the trail. But I’m equally committed to the important work of doing absolutely nothing. If your pet prefers couch time, they’re welcome to join me while I read. I’ll handle the book; they can handle the naps. Above all, I’ll treat your home and your pet with the same care and respect I’d want someone to show mine, and I’m happy to send plenty of updates and photos while you’re away.

Because Ford is a high-energy working breed, I’m very comfortable handling active dogs that need structure, exercise, and attention. i’ve also had a miniature yorkie so have experience with small dogs as well - and well Ford is obsessed with all dogs! About: Pets are my jam! I've had and taken care of pets since I was young kid. I've lived with and taken care of both dogs and cats. I've trained my shelter pup from a young age and she is a well mannered delight. My care experience ranges from handicap senior pets that require multifaceted amounts of attention to simple one day drop-ins for food, potty breaks and love. I run my own coaching practice and can be flexible throughout the week. During the weekends, I can provide more dedicated attention to your pets. I live in an apartment with my 45lb heeler mix. I can crate her if need be, but she does very well with most dogs and cats! I always like to do a meet n greet to make sure everyone is happy.
