About: Hello pet parents! I've been a pet care giver all my life. Through my twenties I was a professional dog walker all over Brooklyn, NY. And now I live in full time in Austin as of 2026. I'm athletic and gentle. I can walk very high-energy dogs and also give care and safety to shy or nervous dogs. I can administer medication to older cats and dogs. All in all I'm a very responsible, clean, kind, and friendly guy from the midwest originally who is a big time dog and cat lover. Would love to offer affordable rates at this point in exchange for good reviews as I reestablish myself in Austin. I have small dog of my own, if you request a house-sit I may need to bring her. She is extremely well behaved and is used to being around other dogs all the time. (I have one notice in my reviews from Rover that I cancelled a sit 4 days before it started. This is not correct. I have a dog Sokka I regularly care for. I love taking care of Sokka. There was a huge snow storm in Brooklyn and the parents asked to cancel due to possible flight delays. It was a non-issue. But for some reason Rover automatically posted a notice.) I work from home as a private coach to kids applying to performing arts colleges. So your little ones will have me around full time! I am extremely neat and tidy. I keep my home very clean and others' homes very clean. I have an outstanding list of reviews on airbnb from when I've staying in others' homes. (I can send link upon request!) I can be in touch with you as much as you'd like. Sending updates and photos regularly.

I live alone in a quiet house with a fenced backyard so there’s plenty of space for your furry friend to get comfortable. I also have a very friendly chihuahua that will be with me for any dog boarding. Your dog may sleep on the furniture or in a crate, whatever you prefer. I can administer medicine (no shots) and live within walking distance of a vet that I know personally, so this is the perfect place in case of any emergencies.
