There's nothing that brings me more happiness than caring for your beloved pets and ensuring they're happy and well while you're away. Hi! I’m Caroline, a lifelong animal lover with over 11 years of experience caring for dogs and other pets. With me, your pets are treated like family, enjoying walks, cuddles, photo updates, and lots of love. I’ll make sure they feel safe, secure, and cared for while you’re away. Born and raised in Mill Valley, California. I spent most of my year in Austin, Texas, where I am a graduate student. I share my life with a sweet Labrador named Sunny, so I understand just how important it is to leave your pet with someone you can trust. Please note that I do share my family house in Mill Valley with my father, Dan as well. He also helps out with my petsits. A Bit About Me: - I’m a social worker specializing in grief and mental health. I am currently a University of Texas (Austin) graduate student studying Clinical Social Work and International Relations. Your booking helps support my education!! - I have lived abroad a multitude of times. Countries I have lived in include Costa Rica, Peru, Colombia, Mexico, and Cape Town, South Africa. Traveling and spending time in other cultures is a huge passion of mine and part of the reason I am involved in Social Work! Outside of work, I love hiking, swimming, journaling, listening to music, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen. Should you require more references than those below, I am more than happy to provide them.

Kai was well taken care of by Caroline and her Dad while we visited Muir Woods Park. Kai loved cuddling with Caroline’s dad. We would definitely leave Kai with them whenever we are in the area again!
Caroline was amazing looking after our labradoodle for 10 days. She treated our dog like she was her own and got along great with her sweet dog, too. Highly recommend Caroline for her communication, picture sharing and all around love for dogs!

Caroline did an amazing job caring for our puppy, Millie. She has a large yard space too that Millie enjoyed. Will definitely be rebooking with her in the future!

Caroline was great to work with when coordinating a walk for my dog, gave very special attention to my dog (and got some great photos from their walk), and by the time Caroline brought my dog back from her walk, my typically shy dog was already ready to go out on a walk again with Caroline!

Schedule
I currently work from home, with in-person client check in’s throughout the day. Rest assured, I'll treat your pets as if they were my own, showering them with plenty of adventure and love.

A typical day
Your furry friend will have access to a variety of toys for endless entertainment, and they'll enjoy daily walks with me. While we adore trips to the dog park, we completely understand if it's not everyone's preference. Rest assured, whether it's exploring local trails or enjoying playtime in the backyard, your dog's happiness and safety are always our primary concern.
