I work from home most of the time, so pet care easily fits into my daily routine. The first thing I do each morning is take the dogs outside for some fresh air and playtime. My roommates and I spend a lot of time in our yard tending to our little homestead, which means the dogs get plenty of attention, exercise, and engagement throughout the day.

A typical day
A typical day starts with some outdoor fun. I have about an acre of land, so the dogs get plenty of room to run and play in the morning for about 45 minutes to an hour before breakfast. After they eat, we relax together in the living room for a couple of hours, then head back outside for another round of playtime. I’ve found that a well-exercised dog is a happy, well-behaved one. By the afternoon, the pets are usually ready to snuggle up and watch TV with me—it’s the perfect way to wind down the day.

What sets me apart from other sitters is that I’ve been caring for dogs for nearly half my life. I truly believe a tired dog is a happy, well-behaved dog. With a large backyard and plenty of space to run and play, I make sure every pup gets the exercise, attention, and fun they deserve while feeling right at home.

I was sent pictures consistently and my shy little dog was precious in the pics! She loves playing with other dogs and it was great to know she would be around other dogs and not alone highly recommend this spot!!
These guys are awesome! Our pup was very well taken care of + we received lots of photos and updates!
I have never left my dog at a rover before, and Bassam made me feel much more comfortable with the experience. My dog is 10 months old and she had a great time (even as a small 18 pound pup) plenty of time outdoors and once a day I’d get pictures and an update. She even was cuddled at night instead of in her crate!! Would totally bring my pup back here again :)
We were very nervous leaving our dogs since they had never stayed with anyone else! When we picked them up we knew they had been well cared for and loved. Will def rebook and highly recommend.
