Boarding Penny Lane with Nicolle was awesome. Seamless experience overall, drop off and pickup were smooth and easy to coordinate. Nicolle took great care of my chihuahua, sometimes a challenging breed. My pup has a lot of character and was a little standoffish and snippy at first. Nicolle was patient and communicative with me so we could figure out a wya to get Penny Lane’s harness on/off so she could go outside. Thank you for taking great care, Nicolle! Will definitely book with you again :)
Sarah is AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING!! She provided great communication, updates, photos, & handled my pups adjustment to my leaving with grace & lots of love. My dog was definitely sad coming back home with me after a few great days at Sarah's. I wish I could gatekeep Sarah so I can always use her, but that would be a disservice for all the other pups & owners looking for a great pet sitter! Felt so at ease during my trip & never had a worry about how my dog was doing. Thank you, Sarah!
Paige was fantastic. I received plenty of pictures and updates during my dog’s stay with her. She was very accommodating with my pick up and drop off schedule and great to work with. My dog had a great time with her and her dogs. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a new rover for boarding.
Thomas was such a wonderful dog sitter! I was quite nervous beforehand since it’s been 5+ years since I’ve used Rover, however, Thomas had excellent communication and provided so many photos/videos of my Benji. I was so relieved seeing how much fun Benji was having with Thomas and how comfortable he looked in Thomas’ home. Benji seems to have made new friends during his stay with Thomas! I’ll definitely be booking again!😊
It was immediately apparent that Jacob is incredibly skilled with dogs of all personalities. My pup, Enzo, can take a while to warm up to new people, and Jacob was so patient and attentive to Enzo’s comfort level and signals from the very beginning. With a few treats and some fetch, they quickly formed a bond, and I could tell Enzo was in great hands for the weekend. Throughout the stay, Jacob kept me updated with plenty of photos and little stories from their days together, which gave me so much peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful for his professionalism, attention to detail, reliability, and genuinely positive spirit. It’s clear he truly cares about the dogs he watches. I’ll absolutely be booking with Jacob again in the future!
My dog Cherry absolutely loves Priscila! This is the second time she’s watched her and she literally jumped in her arms when she saw her again. She takes super great care of my pup and updates me regularly. Will definitely keep utilizing her for Cherry moving forward!
I could not have more pleasant things to say about Lena! She took care of our fur baby for about 4 days while we were busy during our wedding weekend. She sent us tons of pictures throughout his stay, took him on daily walks, let him sleep on her couch, etc. SHE EVEN BROUGHT HIM TO THE WEDDING SO WE COULD TAKE A PICTURE WITH HIM!!! And it was all her idea!! That ended up being a highlight of our entire wedding. Lena was amazing and we are convinced that our dog misses her haha! We will definitely be using her again, and are even going to meet up with her for play dates, because she is so fun to be around! 100000/10 recommend :)
