Animals Make My Loving Home Happier
Hello I have been a personal caring overnight sitter for the same person who is an airline pilot for 8 years. He relocated to another state and since then I have cared for animals via word of mouth. I grew up on an organic farm in Texas where my life was all about animals. I grew up loving and respecting everything furry and animals were my first friends. We had mainly shepard dogs, cats chickens, goats, and horses as well as vegetable gardens. I have a tendency to want to adopt all animals so I care for other animals in my home instead! I do NOT work I sold an event business during covid so I semi retired at 50 and do an occasional project. I will be around your furry friend most of the day. I do not have my own pets. I lost our family dog of 12 years to cancer 3 years ago so now I love on other people’s animals . Animals are a wonderful connection in life for me . I love caring for them and giving them many snuggles and outdoor time if they love and during their time with me they are part of the family . I am a very outdoor oriented person I love getting out for exercise to stroll with them through neighborhoods and green space on leash only! Your dog will not be off leash with me if out and about. I enjoy pups sense of playfulness and curiosity, their particular quirks that make them so endearing If animals prefer to stay indoors and snuggle then I have two living areas and several couches that are comfortable to snuggle up on as well as space for their favorite bed and toys and wonderful turfed backyard with 8 foot privacy fencing and a seperate and small fenced shaded front garden with 8 feet fencing as well. In the summer we only do big play outside in early am and late pm no midday heat of the day play Just. Bathroom breaks in my shaded front yard We wait until the early morning and late night when it's cooler out to get any longer playtime in I am VERY mindful of the Texas heat and the safety of keeping them cool in the summer! About the space: I am a home owner with 8 Foot privacy fencing surrounding the property. I have two separated outdoor areas... back and front yards. Animals are free to roam the home not crated unless you require crating Or your animals prefers crating .... that is up to you. Animals bring so much Joy to my life and I am so looking forward to meeting yours! Thanks for listening, Kara

Kara does a great job with my dog, Boone. He is an anxious dog, but I know he'll be a lot less stressed with her.

I am so thankful to have found Kara, especially for at short notice and my dog's first time staying with a dog sitter. She knew exactly how to handle Boone. She sent the right amount of updates so I didn't worry but I could still enjoy my vacation.
Kara watched our pup on short notice after a previous sitter canceled. She was professional, knowledgeable, and super easy to communicate with! Our girl is older and sometimes won’t eat while we’re gone. She had 0 issues with Kara! She ate her food at every meal, got lots of pets, and walks. We will absolutely use Kara again!
Kara was a great sitter! My boy is a very shy guy but I got lots of pics and it looked like he had a wonderful time.

Excellent loving kind responsive amd wonderful environment with two separated yards for playtime in a home that is safe and private Eight feet of privacy fencing Safety in the summer!!! Summer playtime : It's HOT in the summer I am VERY mindful of this ... I have a shaded front yard space We have big playtime only early am and late pm during the summer No big outside playtime. In the day just bathroom breaks in the front garden during peak heat hours No walks in heat of the day just mornings and late evenings

I love to throw balls , frisbee or tug of war in my backyard . Walks in the neighborhood if your dog enjoys I read alot so inside home time with attention and snuggles for your pet
