She was lovely, always tried to make sure my dog was as comfortable as possible, she sent me videos and pictures to make me feel at ease too which I loved. I definitely recommend her !”

“Kim was fantastic! Before the boarding began, Kim gave me a tour of the room my cat would be staying in. The room is a separate guest house with a large floor-to-ceiling window that I knew my cat would enjoy looking out. Kim was very communicative, kind, and sent photos and videos of my cat every day!”
