It was obvious she absolutely loves dogs and was genuinely excited to spend time with Boris. She kept us updated every day with the sweetest pictures and videos, and it was clear Boris was having a blast and being showered with love. Boris doesn’t like walks very much but loves the dog park, so Natalie made sure to bring him to the park daily to meet new friends! On top of that, she surprised us with a thoughtful gift—a cute set of treats and an adorable printout photo of Boris. It really showed how much she cares about the animals she watches! Even though she’s a bit far from us, we will absolutely book with Natalie again every chance we get! She’s kind, communicative, and truly goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for someone who will treat your pet like family, Natalie is the perfect choice!”

The can't use her front left paw much and she does lunge in the leash. Cassandra was really understanding and capable with both issues. She also let me up to date with pics and messages.
