“Pond ... WOW! There are many things worth praising about this incredible person and pet care giver. My fur baby, Gracie, is the luckiest dog ever! Gracie has Mom (me) and Gracie has Pond. Pond truly has the heart of an animal care giver, the sharp mind of a vet, and the empath abilities to sense and know what Gracie needed and when. Gracie's tail would wag and she would snuggle right up to Pond. I saw it! Gracie wasn't distracted by Mom; she wanted Pond's attention! Gracie has been aging over the time Pond has been caring for her, and Pond just goes with the flow of that. Pond will miss Gracies' sweet sixteen party because they're moving out of state. SO - if you are lucky enough to have Pond in your neighborhood in Austin, TXwe 2 ladies here in College Park MD will be jealous! I trust Pond with my precious baby girl. Pond stayed in my home or did visits, and even had the occasion to bring Gracie to their place. Hire Pond. They are someone you can truly trust with your most valued four legged family members! I truly wish Pond would be around to continue to love on Gracie until Gracie's final days (almost 16 is getting up there!) because of the way Pond cares for her - both in spurts of her energy and in her needing help sometimes up the steps or just her slowing down on walks. Our dog was very well taken care of, and we received regular updates on her status, along with pictures. This was our first time using Rover, and Anne completely put our minds at ease knowing our dog was in such good hands. We will definitely be using Anne again soon. We highly recommend her!
Geoffrey took excellent care of our 2 babies (Oliver and Bandit). Oliver loves swimming Ang playing ball and I’m sure Geoffrey’s arm is sore from throwing the ball. Bandit is a cuddler and Geofrey gave him extra attention. He updated us with pictures of their walks and funny positions. We know they felt loved and spoiled in our absence. In addition, he took care of our home and alerted us when things that were needed. I especially appreciated his extra thoughtfulness!
Adilene was wonderful with Casper! He was a little under the weather when I left, so I was naturally worried, but she sent me lots of pictures and updates, and I came home to such a happy dog. She also truly went above and beyond when I needed some extra help with Casper, including helping with a few things related to his vet care. She never hesitated and was so kind and helpful throughout. I’m so grateful for the care she gave him!
Audrey watched our two pugs at our house while we were out of town for multiple nights. Audrey did a fantastic job with the dogs and in watching over the house. She was very caring and loving to our two old dogs. She sent plenty of pictures and was super responsive. I would recommend Audrey to anyone who needs a sitter!
Not just anyone can watch our little man — he’s very unique: fears a lot of things, goes on hunger strike whenever the wind blows, and refuses to go outside if he hears a noise. Clair is so patient and understanding, and appreciates his sensitive soul. She’s had to put up with our also-quirky old Austin house. She’s a lifesaver!
Morgan was incredibly kind, thoughtful, and communicative while watching our dog Murray. I appreciated that she took notes on her phone during the meet and greet and sent daily photos and updates throughout her stay. We came home to an incredibly clean home and a well cared for pup!
Jill was fantastic. She communicated with me and sent photos of my dog everyday. She took excellent care of our dog and house. She watered our many plants and kept them alive in 99 degrees heat. I look forward to having her sit for us again. I highly recommend her services.
Cassidy was great! Very communicative and punctual. She followed our dogs’ routine and gave us daily updates without prompting. When we returned the house was just as we left it and the dogs were very happy and seemed like they had a great time. We would definitely ask Cassidy to house/dog sit again.
Joseph was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond while watching our house, and we’re extremely thankful for everything he did. I really appreciated the personal note, the frequent updates, and even taking the time to clean up the yard. It gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. I can't say enough good things about Gianna! Finding someone you truly trust with your pup can be tough, but Gianna went above and beyond. She was patient, extremely caring, and made sure my dog felt completely safe and happy while I was away. I’ll definitely be reaching out to Gianna again!
I wish I could invent a sixth star for Chelsea! From the moment we met her, I immediately felt like I could trust her, and that made such a difference in being able to relax while we were away knowing Cash was in great hands. Her communication was fantastic, she sent great updates throughout the stay, and it was obvious from the pictures and videos that Cash really liked her and was completely comfortable with her. She took wonderful care of both him and our home. We’ve had several good experiences with Rover, but Chelsea was easily the best sitter we’ve had. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to trust her with Cash again (and hope to again soon!). Highly recommend!
Chase was perfect in every way! Our dog was well cared for and we were quite at ease with her communication throughout our stay away from home. Loved having someone trustworthy to come stay here, so our dog didn’t have to adapt to another person’s surroundings. I would give her ten stars, if possible!
